quantum,fairy,stepping,blending.man they're all so hard to dial.must keep at it for years.

I love seeing older players doing this, and your comment about the next ten year of double down is just great
I am 24 and feel like I am just starting to push hard, so it is extremely motivating to see players like you and ken, lon, flash, erik chan, and even honza etc. pushing their game at ages similar or older than mine.

Hey to all my bloggy buddies,i've been having some trouble for the last week pushing my game.I have not kicked in like 5 or 6 days now.That last session i posted was the last time i practiced.That session i over did it on my knees,so i've been stretching them out for a whole week.it feels sooo good to stretch everyday.

its like i need constant motivation,inspiration,discipline.This is hard to keep at it.what can i do to stay strong?i feel like i need some advice from yall other kickers.

I find that I grow most when the pattern of play is to drill for a while, then take some time off to heal > repeat. During the time off I always think Bout Footbag and train my mind more.

On another note, very glad to read those last few session highlights. Good work on blender and drifter.

I might suggest trying to zoom out of blender
