Random tip: if you search on youtube for the word "footbag" and the name of most tricks, you'll likely pop up something. I've put up close to 2000 clips which I've labeled pretty meticulously, and finnish footbag has posted a lot of move clips too.

if challenge is RPT, the do it from every trick both sides. And do some string after you've hitted rpt, even if it contains 2 tricks

I know that with all those I end up doing it both sides, but I find it much easier if I start on the strong side, so I made it more challenging by forcing myself to do both.
