Well last night, I didn't do much in game. I did however get my armour made and my 35's in it. Then I decided to head into some PvP to test it out.
I got into a battlefield in Jungle Warfare. It was fun. The rebels rushed into the central base while the imps hung back and gaurded their small bases. We captured the central base and forced them to come and try to take it back. Two spies showed up and we dispatched of them quickly. I can't help feeling that I did most of the damage to them, and I did get the deathblow on both of them. Mostly because they were in melee range and attacking me when they died. We ended up losing the match. They gaurded their small bases too well for us to get into without losing the central base. It was still fun.

Mess around with a few tricks too:
Pixie op butterfly (I wanna say this is dimwalk?)
pixie duc... neck stall... oops lol Need a BIT more height on the set.
ducking op clipper>rpt
Sweating profusely. wait, is that a trick??
All in all about a 20 minutes session. Damn I'm out of shape. But that's sorta what this is about.
Edit to add: Bag used was Absire Mini

Nothing special for exercise yesterday, but I did help a buddy move, so I figure that counts for something.
Today, I spent the morning gaming (got my new NERF to 90 bff and did some instances including EK... I'm gonna get my Medic the proper 5-piece to be an instance healer...) and then I went over to a friends to hang out. Got home late and wife went straight to bed, so no footbag. I lifted weights and watched Quantum Leap. watched one episode, but probably only spent 20 lifting weights.

Weights and quantum again.
I got a stop watch so I can more closely keep track of the time I actually spend lifting weights. I watch TV at my computer and I always have browsers and SWG open, and I have a tendency to take breaks to check facebook or make sure my toon is alive in SWG. So I timed it tonight and will do so from now on so i have an accurate record of time spent working out and to help push myself to work more than break. I was lifting weights for 35 minutes out of the 48 minute episode tonight. Pretty happy with that.
In other news, I got a Job Offer today. Looks like I need to update my resume.

32 minute session this morning.

Regular Absire bag. I like it. I think I used to feel it was too big, but it felt nice today.
Highlight was: clipper>op legover> butterfly>op legover> butterfly.
Took a while to get it, but it felt nice and I hit it a few times starting on both legs.
My wife told me a had sexy calves today. Thank you footbag. Also that she's proud of me trying to get back into shape.
Also hit: clipper>same legover>clipper>same legover
And, no I have no idea if I'm describing those right anymore. I need to study jobs and naming all over again.

Looking at more ways to get into better shape. I think It'll take more than Footbag and Dumbbells on their own. I'm looking at some BeachBody fitness programs. I've played around with P90X in the past and it's just too hard for me atm. A co-worker of mine mentioned Insanity and said it might be better since it's all Cardio. That sounded good so I looked into it. On all the review sites I found for it they strongly warned that it was not for beginners and is VERY intense. This left me searching. Currently I'm thinking that 10 Minute Trainer might be the way to go. I really like the idea behind it because the workouts are short so I could still fit in Footbag sessions around them. I need to find some resistance bands though. That's the price I pay for downloading the programs instead of buying the kits... Anyways, I think if I did the month of 10 Minute, then I might be in good enough shape to do the 63 day Insanity Program after that. And maybe even P90X after insanity.
Does anyone have any experience with these workouts, or any other video workout programs that could help get me in shape?

tryed some spinning osis.
Played with tiltless strings. Found if I slow down I can string together a few tricks again. Bad bad stamina
fairy>mirage>fairy>mir... slip off toe (a few times)
GAH!!! I tried so hard to get this. Must have had it off my toe a dozen times! But I couldn't stick it.
I'm in bad shape. I'm puffing WAY more than I should be. I had a phone call half way through the session and I could hardly talk. But on a brighter note a friend called and invited me over to watch The Grey Cup at his place. I had been kinda worried that I wouldn't get to see it live and the Riders are in it.
GO RIDERS!!!
A final note about this session: I was playing in fresh mostly unmodded lavers that appear to be too small for me. I had no idea my feet had been growing recently.

Watching Where the Ripwalk Ends throughout the session. Been forever since I seen it. Gonna have to sit down and watch it soon. "The 3 biggest Tricks in the World." That always gets stuck in my head.
Started the session with 2 goals in mind. Ducking osis and fairy>mirage>rpt
And I got them both.
ducking osis both sides (a few times each)
fairy>mirage rpt starting on strong side.

Blah.
Kinda played today. Only for about 20 minutes.
Didn't hit anything of note. Shins hurt. I started to feel some pain in my right knee when I landed on that foot. At first it didn't feel like anything to worry about, but then the last move of the session almost brought me to the floor. There's a reason it was the last move. Gonna take tomorrow off for sure. We'll see how I feel on Monday. Tuesday is a no shred day anyways.

10 Minute trainer
Yesterday I picked up some resistance bands. I've been wanting some for awhile so I could start doing Tony Horton's 10 Minute Workout.
I started it today. The first workout on the list is Cardio. In theory I'll be doing 3 10 minute workouts everyday equalling to about 50 minutes with warmup and cool down. I'll be doing 3 workouts if I can make it through them all! I was wiped after just the cardio today. I think Tony Horton hates me. After the cardio I felt like dying and my shins where hurting but I thought I'd try to press on and go another one. I couldn't make it through the warmup of lower body. I think I'll rest for a few hours and give it another go. I really want to do this.
It will mean less footbag, but will ultimately get me closer to my goal. I can't play for any real time without my joints hurting WAY too much. And I don't have any stamina. If I push myself at workout programs I may be able to correct some of that.
EDIT: I'm not sure if it was the workout, or the little bit of bad feeling I had earlier this morning. But right after this entry I felt like I was gonna throw up for about 30 minutes. I just layed down and it past.

Did most of the second 1o minute workout I had started. I didn't last the full reps on lots of the exercises, but at least I tried it.
Also, I am seriously thinking about doing the third one on the schedule before I go to bed. The second one was lower body. The third, should I choose to do it is abs. I am not sure if I have abs...
EDIT: did the abs one. I couldn't do a few of the exercises. It's not really designed for people whose abs are buried by 5 inches of fat. But I'll get there.

Did my three 10 Minute Workouts for the day.

Lower Body
I went a lot easier in the cardio today. I don't want to aggravate my shins any more than necessary to stay in the habit of working out everyday. I think it went OK. I also didn't full reps of hardly anything. But I'm trying. I decided that my legs can't do squats well. I always felt my legs were in the best shape out of anything on my body due to my footbag and cycling, but I guess the muscles used in squats where not as good as I thought. Out of all the 10 minutes I've done so far Lower Body is the toughest.
