To rival the CIC, all other footbaggers are being asked to apply to the Chicago Area Freestyle Club

We're basing our list of criteria on the CIC's guidelines. Those criteria include, but are not limited to

living below the poverty level
in/nearing 30's with no job
afflicted with the chronic condition of being single
95% of acquaintances/best friends must reside outside Illinois.
Lack of conversational skills/sense of humor/communication
Have some form of autism

Is Chicago/IL residency a requirement? Because otherwise your club is gonna encompass most of the footbag world.
