Here's another before I started training more deliberately. Still sucking at runs, but a bit better with tricks with which I'm more familiar. Thanks for the vid!

One thing I noticed was that you are on your heels for ducking osis. I think it would be better if your support leg stayed on it's toes instead of heels.
