Like that!
Nick, I saw you nuclear set, try to set the bag closer to your body, and dex little bit faster, that makes it better. Actually you could set closer to your body at all, especially with spins. Like your dyno's
Keep kicking

Awesome stuff guys! Nick I really like your spinning ducking, it looks great! And props on the nuclear set. I still have a lot to learn about nuclear sets but I've just been working on loosening my hips for the dex. I also found it helpful to think of jumping backward slightly after setting the bag, which helps with the dex and the downtime component. Keep going for mobius too
Zach you have a lot of control on your clippers man, nice spins! That slow-mo symp bubba (or egg?) at the end looked awesome!
Way to go guys, keep on drilling! Looking forward to shredding with both of you again!

Consecutives, tons and tons of consecutives, then...do more consecutives. Push your numbers on butterflys (downs), ripwalks, drifters, whirls, spins, etc. Tape, watch, correct form, repeat.
I'm currently working on keeping my elbows up and away from my body, and not letting them drift behind me (which happens on some moves, like transitioning from spins or osis, or even egg beaters), it's helping so much with balance. I don't know if that helps at all.
