I don't like the goonits for workout shoes. I always just wear my footbag shoes for working out in since I have them inside and I keep them clean. I need to get some cross trainers. Something about the goonits just feels funny when working out. /shrug. Lunch workout today was pretty good. Worked a lot of lower body. Tomorrow my normal workout partner, Vianna is off, but Ben has said he'll fill in for her. It sounds like he wants to put me through hell. He's a Tae Kwon Doe instructor and in way better shape than me. I'm a little scared. In other news I'm going to see the 'rents this weekend. My mom, sister and Niece tomorrow and Saturday, and Natel's parents and niece on saturday night, sunday. This will mean either I won't be on much, or I'll be stalking Modified a ton because I'm bored outta my skull. I'm also going to try REAL hard to workout everyday while I'm gone because I don't want to break my streak.

Won't have time to workout after work so I got up early. I'm thinking about getting up to workout everyday. We'll see how it goes. I haven't been sleeping well lately.

Well, I made it through my weekend away from home without missing a workout. I must say I'm very proud of myself. Also, all my family says I look a lot thinner. Actually, everyone is saying I look a lot thinner. Workmates, family, footblog followers, friends, ect. I had one girl at work the other day walk up to me all awkward like and lean close and say, "You look skinny." And then walk away sheepishly. Not sure what that was about but I'm glad people are noticing and that the hard work I'm doing is paying off. I really haven't noticed much of a difference myself. I need to take more pictures and compare with my 'before' photos.

Ehh please don't post that actually.

I'm not certified or anything so I don't want to be spreadin random ideas. They are probably more style points anyways. Why not instead of posting, incorporate them into your gam eif you want and I'll keep watching to see if theres any changes. OR don't listen to me at all bc you really don't know me :)

Ryan, you might not be certified or anything, but if footbag players only took advice from Certified Footbag Trainers we wouldn't get any advice. Just know that I truly appreciate your efforts and will work them into my game as best I can.

53 days in a row?
Good work! Do you have an average workout duration per day? Like, an hour?

It's 53 Scheduled Workouts in a row. In reality it's probably more like 56/57 days straight, but I don't count the workouts I do at work on my lunch break and I don't have a scheduled workout on Tuesdays. 6 days a week I workout for at least 40 minutes at home. Those are my scheduled workouts. In addition I workout with a girl at work for 30 minutes 4 days a week.

Good workout.

/sigh My wife is really upset with me. Hardly talked to me at all today. I'm not really sure what to do. I'm defiantly not a great husband, but I do try.

So, Yesterday was the last workout in my last schedule. It finished up a 3rd month of Ten Minute Trainer for me. I wasn't sure what I was going to do when I was done. After doing a little more research on both Insanity and P90X I decided that neither of them were for me. Yet. With that in mind and with the fact that I still have trouble with TMT (not in that I cannot do the exercises, but in that it is hard enough work that I can't push myself 100% through it all) I decided to another Month of TMT. It will be identical to last month. And like last month, I WON'T MISS A SINGLE WORKOUT! I also discovered and acquired Power 90, Tony Horton's workout DVD series that pre-dates P90X. I'm thinking that is next on my list.

I bought Total Gym Door Exerciser today. It's an in door chin up/pull up bar. I'll need it when I start doing P90X for sure. Haven't checked Power 90 to see if I need it for that, but I have it now. And it supports my weight. Just too bad I still can't do a pull up. One day.

Fun story from today at work:

A girl who used to work at the Store came in so I went and said hi. The first thing she said when she saw me was, "Wow! You look amazing." I've been having people tell me that I'm losing lots of weight and looking way skinnier (including people in this blog - thanks guys!) but it honestly doesn't feel that way. Or look it to me. So it's nice when it's so noticeable to someone I haven't seen in a few months. And I guess my pants do show me that I'm losing inches. I don't think I own a pair that I can't slip on without undoing them right now. I'm Dependant on belts alone to keep them up.

Didn't start my workout until 9:30 tonight. And I was exhausted from a long day both physically and mentally so I basically did the first Cardio workout giving it my full and then slacked for lower body and the second cardio. But again I forced myself to go through the motions. My lunch workout today was yoga. We decided to end each week with Yoga. I like it. I enjoy working on my flexibly. We did headstands today and Vianna was extremely impressed when I showed her an un-assisted headstand. She can barely do them with her feet against a wall after I helped her get up into position. I used to stand on my head for 5-10 minutes at a time when I was a kid. I also surprised myself with my ability to do one other yoga pose we found online. I forget what it's called. Assanana or something like that. I had more flexibility than Vianna did on it. I've been thinking about what my workouts will be like once I get to my ideal weight. It's no longer if I get to my ideal weight, but when. I think I'll do something like footbag 4 days a week, with a warm up of Ten Minute Trainer Yoga Flex on two of those days and alternating Ten Minute trainer workouts as warm ups on the other two days. Then I'll also do on P90 and one Insanity workout in the week. That's what I'm thinking anyways. But I need to finish the next 9 months I have planned out first.

Much more real workout tonight. Still way later than I want it, but I still worked hard. Sweated lots. Looking back I did sweat last night, but it still felt very half assed. I'm really starting to love yoga. It just makes me feel good.

I didn't have a workout partner at lunch today. So I played footbag! I took my Quantums to work when I got my Gunits and they have been sitting in my locker ever since. Today I strapped 'em on and had a little session. Was quite fun even I was dropping things I shouldn't have been. The toe is really quite different in the two shoes.

-open whirl
-whirl>osis rpt
-clipper>pickup rpt x3
-some nice feeling runs. They were short, but felt like they flowed a bit.
