was so stoked to kick today that all i grabbed where my shorts an shoes. no shred shirt or even bags. luckly i picked up a friend then went to andrews house where there are bags. we had a fun 20 minute or so of play in the nice weather, i spent some time snowskating his drive way after the kicking.. it was cool watching my friends try it for the first times.

made just a small video, noting special, my legs where kinda achy an as much as i wanted to shred in the great weather i just wasnt feeling it. non the less the first string of the video is the first string out side in months so i documented. hopefully next years first video of out door shred will show plenty of improvements. So glad to have a camera :)

 tried ripstine, dont really ever go for them, i really seem to have a good consistent motion but just a little shallow on my 2nd dex. im kinda resisting learning the trick due to having such a weak flip swirl.

 Pixie>op toe>rpt is getting really easy, im so happy with where my weak pixie is from when i started playing again back in the late summer. im gonna keep doing this drill from here out once every session till i can change it too pixie legover>rpt every session.

 pdx drifter is pretty easy for a new trick, hitting it from drifter is impossible tho ><

my right leg felt/feels like total shit. i think it was all the drifters last week. the occasional impact of my ankle in to cafe has straight messed my shit up... need to take a small rest.

for the last 5 days ive been pretty much resting my legs. all ive really done to be honest is stitch, drink coffee, kill demon spawn on Diablo LOD an drink more coffee.... pretty stoked on the bag orders ive been getting, thanks everyone.

nick called me today.. i was asleep when i got back to him around 3 he said they where gonna get together an shred cus drew martin was in town... at a hour an 5 mintue drive away i didnt really want to show up all fresh when everyone else felt wasted an beat. so i didnt go. hope them guys had a good session.

bob texted me then today an said he is waiting on matiral for the kitchen an isnt expecting it till next weekend, so he has free time to play an wants to get the most out of this week. he said monday, tuesday, Wednesday, thursday. i replyed " everyday? " an bob text back " as many as u want " i hope i make him regret saying that an can make it out everyday. if i do ill film every day an instead of making a video of each session, ill compile all the strings from the weeks sessions that are worth veiwing.

welp thought id just drop a update in here an bring it back from page 2. now back to some slaying, an stitching with caffeine. yaaay

played at bobs tonight. lots of laughing i h o p ness hi knee i m sofa king wee tar did. lol me an bob always have such a good time regardless of how we are playing.

good thing too cus i wasnt on today.. i felt good for about 20 minutes then just drained... i have been on a fasting diet for 3 days an had little calories left. on top of the shred we had a 3 periodical workouts threw out the session. ive been going to the gym for at least half a hour ( sometimes 2 hours with a group of 4 ) 3 to 4 days out of the week. i didnt realize how drained i was. so tomorrow im gonna have my first meal an start my new healthy diet.

i did manage some highlights.

 osis>In spinning osis i love spinning like a top.
 pdx drifter mid string
 sole rake>pixie set to hand.
 xbd rake> atomix set to hand.
both sets where good an straight sets i just for some reason didn't do anything after them >< im gonna keep doing these an see where it leads.

thats pretty much it, i filmed. bob realllly was kicking well tonight. probably because he has been resting an doing other kinds of physical work on his house. the break seemed to have done him really good.

gonna play again wed. an thu. with bob. im gonna film both days an make one video of the weeks shred barn sessions.

todays session with bob was fantastic. i was energized an my shred switch was stuck in the "ON" position.

my control an balance are starting to feel, an be noticeably better. a few days ago i had a break threw with ducking, something ive been doing so long but never focused on perfecting. playing for fun in pants i unlocked something in my brain that made me decide to use more of my core in my duck, then my neck. feeling fantastic today, i was executing ducks in a way an consistency that i never have done before.

i threw some good mid string fairy tricks in my game an boot loads of ducks.

 ducking legover>ducking mirage
 diving cliper>ducking clipper>ducking op clipper ( close to rpt )
 ducking op cliper>rpt X 6. 4 pretty consistently.
 FLIP Phoenix like it was nothing.
 spinning legover>fairy op butterfly

these are off the top of my head, i had a ton of good links, an strings.

ill have a good solid 5 hours of film after me an bobs session tomorrow.
sooo a week highlights video should be expected. even tho i dont believe anyone watches them :P thanks to anyone who dose.

either way, its a good personal record keeper, this blog an the videos.

in other news, my likely hood of going to the unofficial grass in Rochester is looking like a sure thing. talking to a fellow angler from NY we discussed meeting at baldwinsville lake this is taken from behind a house that i can stay at for freeesss :D so i dont even have to sleep at the lake. thinking ill go wed. fish till fri. afternoon, then its only 1.5 hours to rodchester... what could be better? on top of it all this lake has some 40lb fish an tons of 20s an in between.

im really existed for the end of the month. i hope the turn out in Rochester is good.

session at bobs tonight. started latter then normal. got to his house an helped him move his new island he built for his kitchen in to place. looks really great. so pretty much bobs beat from being bob the builder, so we voted to just focus on drilling today. i started almost every string with a weak smear. worked on weak blur, an really drilled ducking - mirage, legover, butterfly. im glad with where im at, ive progressed really far from when i re found footbag an re started this blog.

got my 2 stitches down to under 1 hr total time, really happy about this.
also broke my record of 3, an made 4 bags today.

session tomorrow with bob, we are gonna drill again. bob threw out the idea of trading are goals on the chalkboard. mine was blur smear an ducking stuff an his was mostly gyro things an dlos... im sure we will both add to the lists as well, makings for a great time as always :D

i did a time lapse of me stitching, its pretty sweet. might post it latter, not that anyone cares :P

flip diving clipper
flip spinning clipper
gyro mirage
flip gyro mirage
dlo
flip pixie muted clipper
flip stepping ss clipper
flip osis ducking
flip osis diving
atomic near mirage
flip atomic near mirage

 FLIP DLO X3
 TORQUE X4 !!! pretty happy about this. even got ripwalk>torque :)

really wore out. time for some time off. im going to focus on stitching bags... now that i got my time on 2 stitches under a hour im gonna hammer multiples out every day an sell 2 for $30.00 sooo if anyone is looking for some dope cheap bags, help me get my name out there an scope some up!

FIRST THING i do when i play next, is going to be my best attempt to hit 20 ripwalks.... i think im ready... then im gonna eat a cookie to reward my self or maybe a new snickers squared...

Anyone reading, if you haven't ordered a bag from Zach yet, do it. Do it now. That boy can stitch. He made me a bag last week, and without any break in, we were shredding with the choicest bag I've played with in a long time.
