ok staying strong these days,gots to.

Scared myself 2 days ago after kicking.I must have over done it.My heart or something in that area in my chest was throbbing with pain every 30 seconds for bout 3 minutes,then it was sore the rest of that night.woke up next morning felt it again just for a bit.

kicked today very well,i will post session after this post.

do not over shred yourself.let your heart rest.make sure and take MANY breaks throughout your session.your body is sacred.do not fuck around with it.

I made a mistake on my last post. The bag does not roll back up the heel after reaching the middle sweet spot. It lifts off FROM the sweet spot or even LOWER on your clipper stall near the toe.I'm still studying it. Does it even sometimes,when u catch yur clipper on the heel,lift OFF from yur heel?yes it could. Hmmm. It's soooo super touchy.Keep practicing.

can't wait to start filming again.here comes again!
