Did the workout shirtless. I sweat alot. There was literally sweat dripping off of me and pooling on the floor. It's sick. Had a protein shake before the workout.

Lunch workout was hard. I felt barfing. Probably the chocolate covered raisins I ate right before. I powered through it. I found an App for my phone called Push Ups. It promises to help me do 100 consecutive pushups. Sweet. Today it had me do 5 sets: 7, 6, 8, 6 & 6.

Total Body 2 has a lot of upper body stuff in it. Some is very similar to the Upper Body workout. I'm not sure why but I feel powerful when doing these 2 workouts so I always look forward to them.

For my footbag session I used my own newly stitched bag. It's rolly. And overall not very good. But I am super happy with it as a first attempt. I've already adjusted my template and am ready to make a new one when I get a few hours time.

My lunch workout partner went home sick before lunch. So I played footbag. I'll also be playing footbag at lunch all next week since she's gone then too. Anyways, played in Quantums. They hurt my legs. It's like almost instant shin splints when I play in them. And I don't feel a thing with G Units. I'm glad I'm still getting some sessions in the Quantums. This way I can't forget to work on my form and staying on my toes.

I played around with whirls a bit. My flip is ~50% Strong is ~75%
footed whirl>osis rpt
had a few looks at what I think is double down on my strong side. I can't really fathom doing it on my flip so I'm not gonna try it again but it nice to come close to it.
footed plo>plo
13 alternating pixies

That's all I remember.

In other news before I came to work I traced and cut out the panels for my next bag. I also sewed the first pent and then took it apart. My gather was really un-even and I could see light through where on the hexes met up with the pent. I was about to start re stitching when my wife distracted me into some much more fun.

Vianna was sick again today so I played Footbag at lunch. Shins hurt. Blah blah blah. Didn't hit anything of note, but had a few strings that felt kinda flowy.

I think I'm starting to get sick. My throat feels like it's got a few razor blades in it and I'm coughing. I'm about to have some tea and a bath. Hopefully it goes away soon.

No workout at lunch. My cough is developing into something nasty. I really hope it doesn't interfere to the point that I have to miss a workout. I don't want to break my streak.

Played Footbag at lunch. Still feeling far from 100% but I figure the coughing is just extra calorie burning, right? Hit 12 infinites/butterflies/downs/whateveryouwanttocallthems. Was happy with that. Had 10 as a challenge. Also was devastated to find a hole in my abshire mini, which has been my favorite bag lately. It was feeling really mushy for small bag and I loved it. I'll have to but it aside until I order something from Freedom again and make getting some repair tape worthwhile. Unless anyone knows of something else that will work well and can be found at say wal mart? Other footbag highlights:

-magelon
-pixie same whirl
-like 8 strong side whirls in a row. Impressed some workmates with that.

Footbag at Lunch today.

Footed PS Whirl a few times while trying to show Ben what I won Intermediate Big Trick with at ShrEdmonton.
A few 20+ consecutive Magic Hop Clippers on both sides.
Flapper kick diving clipper a few times.

I switched to the hardest resistance bands I have. Black ones. They made the arm part of total body burn. I like it! Yay for a bit of pain.

In footbag I hit Paradox Whirl both sides.
Worked on flip whirl quite a bit.
I have decided to say screw it to fairy as a down/mid time two add move. Whipping my leg around it like an akward illusion just wasn't working for me. So I'm re-learning it as a set. For now I'm not worried about hitting anything out of it, I'm just going to do it as a two add move: toe>out-in dex>>op toe stall. (Does anyone still use >> to denote peak?)
That's about it.

Thanks for stopping by Bob! Knowing others are impressed is added inspiration to keep my mission up. Must... be... fit...

Just got done playing at lunch here at work. Spend most of my half hour working on alternating clippers. Got up to about 20 a few times. I'm having a problem with it rolling off my flip clipper. The position just isn't right. I'm not sure if it's a problem with setting it to the wrong spot, or if I'm altering the position of my clipper without realizing it. Either way, it's landing half off my foot and rolling straight away.

I hate the days that Abs and Lower Body are on the same day. I suck at them. Which at the same time means that is where I need to focus. Vianna was back at work today and we did Yoga at lunch. I love stretching. And doing headstands. Fun stuff. I'm not sure what did it but something doesn't feel good in my right thigh. Here's hoping that goes away soon.
