Hey everyone, I entered a talent competition with a radio station here in Christchurch and need to get as many people as possible to vote me to win.

At the moment its looking unlikely I will be making it to worlds due the Christchurch earthquake reducing chances of sponsorship, (here comes the sob story) and I actually got robbed shortly before the quake which ended up very expensive... Anyway! The first prize for the competition is $5000, so if I manage to win I may actually be able to afford to get there! Which would be great as I haven't missed worlds in a while.

My video is at the top, and only takes a couple of seconds to “join/login” to vote. *Please excuse the drop, it was a very off the cuff performance, I must have been nervous*

You are able to vote once per person, per day(weekdays), so feel free to vote each day if possible.

If you feel like it you could take a few seconds to forward this on to anyone else you know who would be able to vote also, it would help me a lot!

Nice performance. Never mind the drop.... I tried to vote instantly but I'm still waiting for my verification code to arrive in my email box.

Sad to hear you got robbed and the funds for Worlds are low. I really hope you will win this competition or somehow raise some money in order to finance your trip to Finland.

Now I managed to vote.

My choice of region was obviously Dannevirke - New Zealand, because the town was founded by Danish, Norwegian and Swedish settlers in 1872.

I signed up and logged in successfully (it says "login successful"), but in the area where it has the radio buttons for voting, it keeps telling me to login or join, no matter how many times (like 6 or 7?) I "successfully" login.

Hey thanks for trying. I think the problem might have been that voting was closed over the weekend. Once you have logged in it should be there now. Let me know if any other problems.

HUGE thanks to everyone who voted!!! I'm into the last 3 competing for the $5000, and I will be performing at half-time at the Canterbury Tactix netball game tomorrow night!

So I have a one in three chance of winning the $5000, but up against an entire dance school, so will be tough to get the votes! (voting up again soon for finalists)
