He is talking about Phasing butterfly as opposed to the phasing set.

I think he meant Symp Swirling instead of Symp Twirling. Here is how I envision it.

Swirling Whirl -> Swirling Blender -> Symp Swirling Blender -> Gyro Symp Swirling Blender
