sweet were excited JD!

Just got out of a meeting with John and Sunny about the event, there will be over 5 radio stations covering the event, one of them is ESPN radion. It's also projected that there will be over 5,000 people in attendance!

Your next task: Go to the bathroom.
Wash your face.
Put your shoulders hunched upwards.
Look really, really slowly upwards towards the mirror like in the movies
And slap yourself in the face.
With your game face on.
And go shred with jim.
It'll work, trust me.

We'll be bringing the full team, I am glad to see the US Open in good hands. Also worth mentioning, this will be Nick Landes' first showing as a co-director, I think it will be a good team of Zeb and Sidekick. The float trip will be a blast for sure.

Flights purchased, registration submitted. Is there an official list of who is coming? Like based off of registrations? That'd make it easier for people to coordinate hotel rooms.

This was just sent to me by John. Everyone planning on getting a hotel please try to get your rooms booked by the end of June if possible!
If not there is still crash space at my house ;)
Zeb,
the following information needs to go out to the footbag players (NOW I Think!!) planning on attending this years' US Open here in Meridian.

Please advise the players that the standard room rates for August are $99.00 per night and we (they) are getting a US Open Special price per room of $75.00 per night (up to 4 people per room), a hot breakfast (not the normal continental) worth about $10.00 per person and a shuttle to and from the event sight each day. The shuttle and hot breakfast are NOT normal benefits and are Special to this promotion!!! We have a block of 10 rooms at this rate. Reservations should be made by end of June - if possible.

Country Inn & Suites
3355 E Pine Ave.
Meridian Id 83642
208-639-3300 (Use this number to book a room/s) Ask for "Fun in the Sun" rate!!

I'm on the "maybe" list, as well as the 100% attending. I'm tricky like that. 8)

Updates updates updates!

 Gold's Gym is now a premier sponsor for the event.
 Idaho Pizza company is sponsoring us with a discounted all you can eat buffet meal on Saturday night at their restaurant (its close to the event site).
 I really encourage players to get rooms at the hotel my house,Zac's house, and sunny's house are all fairly distant from each other (and very distant to the event site (about 20 minutes from my house) and the hotel is literally 2-3 blocks from the event site and they will provide transportation! That way people can all interact with each other rather than separating at the end of the night to each house or w/e.
 please if you plan on attending and you know you are going to come fill out the preregistration form, you dont have to pay money right now, infact you can pay it at the event site the morning of (see the schedule on the first post), but it would be nice to get a clear bearing on how many shirts we will need to make in the months leading up to the event.
 the event is looking better and better everyday!

If you have any questions feel free to ask!
