Pretty sure you're right! Also, thanks for making realize there were new episodes. Where I check to see when new ones are out kept telling me there wasn't a new one until April 1. Stupid Program. Anyways, Chewie was awesome, as were the Wookie Calvary that rolled in to save the day.

In weight loss news, or at least inch loss news: over the weekend I fit into both my wedding suit and my wedding ring. This is pretty huge for me. :D Kinda sad when I think about as it was only 3 and a half years ago.

Felt very stiff this morning. Yoga really hurt and I couldn't stretch nearly as far as I usually do. I dislike that. Footbag felt about the same. Oh, and Silica is not a good footbag filler. It seems to have disintegrated in my bag and now I leave a fine slippery powder everywhere I kick. Lesson learned.

I forgot to mention that a girl looked at my calfs the other day and said they are pure muscle. In other words, my blender is definatly broken. And I mean the appliance, not the footbag move.

Footbag Tonight.

Nothing really new, but re-hit a few things I've done in the last week.

-dimwalk>down>whirl>down>whirl bs
-clipper>heal stall>osis bs

The next 8 months are going to have very little footbag in them. Wednesday I'm starting Power 90. And when that's done, I'm doing P90X and after that Insanity. About the only time in the next 8 months I'll be shredding is on Friday's at lunch, and I guess those days when I don't have a workout partner. Speaking of workout partners, my calf muscles apparently bulge. That's cool. Although it's not exactly a part of my body I'm overly worried about. lol Anyways, hopefully other muscles become visible soon. I think I'm starting to see biceps.

Other random stuff with fitness: I was away over the weekend. I was really worried about breaking my streak because I wasn't at home. I ended up doing TMT Cardio and Footbag at like 10pm in my hotel room and then getting up early and hitting the fitness center Sunday morning. I'm pretty proud of myself for not dropping my streak and I think now that I proved I can do it while away from home a few time I should be set to workout daily for a long time to come. I also picked up 3 pairs of workout shorts. Which for me means shred shorts. No use having workout shorts I can't shred in, right? Wore a pair tonight and they feel good. I'm gonna throw one of my current pairs away I think.

Lunch workout was awesome. And by awesome I mean painful! It hurt, but felt good. Sit-ups>peek-a-boo>bridge crunch followed by a bunch of cardio and squats stuck on repeat. WOOO!!!!! Ya, good times.

This will probably be the only one I list for the Sweat 1-2/ab ripper 100 combo as it won't change. For the Sculpt 1-2 I will post it as it shows the weights and reps I did.

Lunch workout was Yoga. We did a tough one today. A lot of abs and stuff. Good times though. I rock at head stands - unassisted for a minute straight.

I changed my mind. I'm not going to repost the list of workouts each day. Because honestly, I've already written it down once and then transferred it to a spreadsheet on my computer. I'm pretty sure no that reads this really cares. So ya, not gonna repost it anymore.

Anyways, workout was good. Got 7-6-7 on the evil pushups. Upped my weights to 8 lb on all my workouts except kick backs, and shoulder flies.

Played footbag at lunch. Not much happened there. Shortly after I was done Vianna came in (on her day off)... I took one look and saw the glow in her skin and the smile on her face and I knew what happened. :( She got a new job. In similar news I'm pretty sure I'm gonna apply to become a security guard. Or something else. Mostly I just can't stand that place. Working out with Vianna was really fun, but the rest of my days are becoming more and more unbearable.

I've got two managers when I should have four. The 2 I have hate each other and have yelling matches at each other in front of associates. We don't have enough staff and yet don't have the hours to hire more. My District Manager has flat out lied to me and otherwise ignores me. They throw new people into my department and don't give me enough time to train them before leaving them alone by themselves.

Good workout. I pushed harder now that I'm familiar with the workouts. The knee's up segment hurts. Power Yoga wasn't as bad this time.

 Power 90 Day 5: Sculpt 1-2

I feel this one. I bought some 10 pound dumbbells yesterday. I was easily able to pump out the 15 reps and then some in the required time with 8lb so I figured I'd step it up. I like the burn. No pain. No gain. I'm down to 205 now.

Oh ya! I did my workout outside today. I have a nice cement pad out there so I took my netbook out and did my workout there. It was nice! A little windy and only 10 degrees Celsius.

What sort of results are you seeing? Probably the most important is how you feel, but I'm also curious to see what sort of weight you've lost. it sounds like you've been super dedicated, so I'm guessing the results have been good.

At last weigh in I've lost 40 pounds. You can also see some before and after pictures on the first page for my first 4 months of efforts. I've dropped about 4 inches from my waist.

Power 90 Day 9

 Sweat 1-2
 Ab Ripper 100

Yesterday's lunch workout was also heavy on the abs. FEEL THE BURN! Thanks for checking in Ken and Erik. It's nice to know people are still reading once in a while even though there is minimal footbag involved. It feels great to loose this weight. I've got a ways to go, but I feel like it won't be hard considering the progress I've already made. I'm not even sure what my goal weight is anymore. I was thinking about 160lb because that's what BMI says is healthy, but BMI isn't exactly held up to be 100% reliable. Even if it is what my doctor uses... I think if I get to 170-180 I'll be happy to maintain that, or maybe add some muscle to it.

Power 90 Day 10

 Sculpt 1-2

10 lbs felt heavier tonight. I think I did the workout too late in the day, but my wife distracted me earlier right when i was about to do it. Anyways, I did it. I sweated. I worked.
