thanks a bunch zach! flipside atomic is definitely the best set I have going for both sides currently, but I have yet to get a decent trick out of it. I've been wanting to get atomsmasher bsos but for some reason, doing a mirage after my flip atomic is SOOO awkward (even though that's my strong side mirage)

I'm gonna try all of those hopefully later today if I get to session :?
been so damn busy I might not be able to, but they all seem feasible to me (including the legbeater>ripwalk (I tried it a few times in a session over the weekend, plan on nailing it next session)

The only on that probably won't happen- blur>paradon lol. I just got first few paradons recently and I have a LOT to figure out about them/my style and whatnot

hopefully I'll be updating soon!!!

OK wow I think I started this post like a day or so ago so I think I should just update it finally

Weather's getting better here in OHIO and I was able to session outside for the first time in a while. I was able to film on sunday so I can actually look at my shit for the first time in a while. My friend Ryan was looking at some footage I had playing on my computer and he was pretty stoked, he said "I didn't know you could have such like, control over something like that". I was blushing like a pre-teen girl when I got that comment! Haha

Anyway:
 decent string: clipper>ducking clipper>near mirage>flip clipper>ss butterfly>ducking clipper>osis>pdx legover
 down>pdx mirage bsos >>pdx illusion bsos
 pdx sole>spinning toe>short string (THAT ONE'S FOR YOU, NICK!)
 string with WAY too many toes at the end, but had whirl>toe whirl, near mirage>PS mirage and clip>spinning clip
 legbeater>stepping toe (not quite ripwalk. . yet :? )
 osis>ss clipper bsos (not hard, but a good drill to make my osi cleaner, plan on drilling in the future)
 real shitty spinning ducking clipper
 workin pixies bs
 gyro clipper mid-tring
 stepping toe bsos, blur, ripwalk (flip) and butterfly>ripwalk>osis in a string
 blur bsos (feeling really good on my flip)
 decent string starting with clipper>ss pickup>symp ss mirage
 hopping (?) ss flail
 zooming mid-string
 barrage (had to do a dive-catch to seal it, it was pretty THE tho)
 blizzard flip (first try!)
 blizzard bsos
 xdb rake bsos (eaasy)

OK, now I have to prepare to go to court

Yeah, and that's a hard trick, especially learning to catch on far flapper. Took me a chunk of time to figure it out. Props though. You inspired me tonight too... You'll see when I blog ;)

my gaaaahhhhhdd I haven't been able to shred like at all recently apart from this weekend. I'm stupid busy and just waiting for the wave of warm weather to motivate me further..

Aside from self-loathing, was able to shred with Nick, Corey, and Jackson friday night and then again on Saturday with Nick

Pretty shitty session on friday, really out of shape, highlights:
 footed PS whirl like 2 out of the 3 times I tried
 pogo illusion (3rd 5-add, 2nd time I hit it, was cleaner than the first one)

Saturday, equally shitty
 pandoras box bs (after like 50 attempts on flip :x )
 paradons getting consistent on strong, working on flip
 drilled pixies bs
 DYNO bs!!
 blur>butter rpt
-edit- double switchover (like 2nd try)
also attempted  double illusion (want this so bad!!)

there was more, can't remember though

need to drill more

drill baby drill!!

kicked with a bunch of people from hack club for the first time in a while. no one had a bag so we used my bags which were all teetering as is and proceeded to tear holes in all 3, one by one. I hate people :x There was another bag we ended up using that was just filled with sand and leaking, but we apparently had to wait until all 3 of my hand-sticthed jawns first, assholes. Put some seal on the new holes, still waiting on my new treebags.

kicked about an hour before that circle:
 drilled a lot of clippers and infinities. think I set a new record for infinities, probably only like 5x bs but it was much more than any other session, so I was happy
 ripwalk>ripwalk
 barfly
 ddd
 gyro mirage bs
 clipp>ducking osis bs. forgot about that trick hah
 BOP sets
 osis>ss clipper bs x4

in the circle:
(side note, there was this asshole there who would like hardly pick the bag up to serve it, even when it was clearly not in "neutral" territory. This plus excessive talking about getting smashed kinda put me in a funk but I still kicked for a few hours, got some decent stuff)
 swirl
 symple swirl>spinning
 blur bsos a bunch of times

more, but can't remember.

now to get crazy drunk because it's st. patty's day and I'm finally done finals 8)

Good news:
I'm in SAN DIEGO, CA!!! and also hopefully about to go find some new lavers

Bad news:
all of my bags are torn to shit and I don't feel good kicking with them at all. real pissed I didn't get my treebags yet. also, I feel like I won't be able to shred with standford hack club because ppl are gonna be at vegas jam

Dude! My Dad's in San Diego right now too! Well, soonish. He should be on the plane right now. Don't be surprised if you see him wandering about. That stuff happens to him all the time.

Anyway, Hope you're able to shred with some of the guys who couldn't make the Vegas Jam or something. I'm sure some of the younger guys of the crew maybe didn't make it to Vegas.

Also, I texted this to you but maybe you didn't get it: Joey Michels said he can pick you up and drive you to PA if you can make the jam. Get back to me on that asap. The PA Jam's really looking great so far! Hurry and reserve yourself some floor space! It's filing up quick!

me + footbags with tons of holes - liquidstitch - music - weed = BAD TIMES

can't wait to get back to OH (thought I'd never say that  ) so i can have a proper session with music and decent bags

that said, drilled some basics:
 atomic sets bs, flip getting pretty decent
 strong stepping (SUCKING lately)
 zooming (trying flip, but having lots of problems)
 pixies bs (flip still very awkward, I hate pixies  )
 spinning bs (flip getting on par with strong)
 spinning clipper bs and bsos

As can be assumed from the above post, had a really good session with Nick Polini today. First serious session with MAH NEW BLUE G-UNITS!!!

highlights:
 (as nick said) spyro mirage
 blurry whirl
 gyro illusion
 DLO bs
 EGGBEATER! first one, I kinda really hate eggs (hence why I never work them), but it had to happen some time 8)
 stepping ss illusion bs (stepping bubba? is there a name for this?)
 HIPPY legbeater!! love hippy atomics

forget the rest, of course

a bit late, but I had a session with Angestki a few days ago

hit:
 blur and blizzard bsos
 blurry whirl
 symp whirl bs (almost bsos)
 footed delusion (first try)

my illusioning on my flip side REALLY needs some work, it feels SO awkward and even though I can hit it consistently (regulare and pdx) it never feels like a full dex. it just feels like my leg juts out in a straight line with no rotation

that being said, my flip dexes need work period

OH YEAH

and I mentioned that I had a session with Ryan (jiffy on here if he's still active) and only updated about my shitty session with some datws, but I feel it necessary to shout out some props on his behalf

he's getting clippers down consistently bs

he also hit these little gems at the end of our session:
 ATW bsos (in-out and out-in)
 clipper bsos
 mirage bsos
 ROOTED mirage 8O

dude's gettin pretty good! keep it up!
