Power 90: Day 25

 Sweat 1-2
 Ab Ripper 100

I've got heaters on in my bedroom to dry out the carpet and it's making this place unbearably hot! Really turns up the Sweat. I started sweating way earlier than I normally do, but that's not a terrible thing, really. I had originally planned to play some footbag later today, but after yesterdays session my shins hurt a lot and today there is something not quite right with my right knee. Gonna take the day off from footbag and try to play tomorrow. The sculpt days seem like a better time to play footbag anyway. Recently realized that this coming week will get me to Day 30. Can't wait to check my results.

50 min Footbag session

Ya, so lot's of consec. Probably gonna focus on these for a while in my sessions. Hit a lot of my self made challenges and got a few to go. Then I'll make more. I hate faeries. Also, I think I hit my first blender today. It was terribly executed and I couldn't reproduce it.

Power 90: Day 27

 Sweat 1-2

I didn't do that great tonight. I really failed on the knee's up section. In footbag news, Ken gave me a great challenge of spinning and gyro clip bsos in one string. Gonna take some real work for that one. Need to drill my flip spinning clipper and pretty much learn gyro clipper.

Hey I just read this whole blog front to back. It was cool watching your journey through the years. I just started footbagging about two weeks ago. Got all my basic stalls down. Working on my clippers now. And just ordered richards new abshire pro 65 footbag. Can't wait for it to come in! But anyways, I like reading your blogs, so keep footbagging, and keep posting!

Woah! It's the attack of the Ian's. Two in one day. Nice to hear from you both. Keep an eye on this blog for my thoughts on Gyro Clipper. I'll be working on it this weekend when I play. Broman, I'm glad I'm entertaining. What kind of shoes do you have? I hope to keep playing and posting! I apologize for the lack of footbag in my blog lately, but I'll get to a time when I can play alot more soon(ish).

Stay tuned!

PS I picked up some new weights today. 15lb dumb bells. I'm excited to use them in my Sculpt workout tomorrow.

I wear toms right now. Which aren't really good for much. BUT, I just ordered some lavers! So im really excited for those! I know they will help a whole lot. The shoes and the AP65 bag will probably come around the same time. So double win? (:

I'm not sure what Tom's are, but I'm sure your lavers will be better. I remember at my first tournament I was wearing some cheap skate shoes and every time I would miss a trick everyone would point at my shoes and yell "Laver's!" I thought they were weird for being so adament about a shoe, but when I got them it all made sense.

Power 90: Day 29

Sculpt 1-2

I got bigger dumb bells yesterday. They hurt so good. I'm having trouble shaking my recovery drink right now. Awesome burn. It's day 30 tomorrow. So I'll take pics and measurements. Kinda nervous to see my results. This is the first time since I started working out that I haven't been constantly monitoring my weight. It's been 30 days since I looked.

After the workout I grabbed a bag and played with gyro clipper for like a minute. My arms and legs were shaking a bit and sweat was making the floor slippery, but I managed to hit gyro clipper>gyro clipper. I think it was mostly a fluke though. I looked up gyro in the trick tip section and the best tip I saw was turn your head first, then shoulders and finally your waist. That seemed to help a bit. I'm far from an expert on them, but I wanted to pass that tip I read on. I'll keep working on them and passing on my findings.

Power 90: Day 30

Sweat 1-2 and Ab Ripper 100

Good workout. Pushed hard. 30 days into P90. Feeling good. Haven't missed a single workout. Eating decently. Not wonderfully, but decently.

lost 5 lbs in the last 30 days. 45lbs since I started working out 5 months ago. Pretty happy with these results. Still not were I want to be, but happy with the progress.

PS New pics on page 1 in the first post.

Yo dude, props on schooling those 2 adds. Those are some sweet ass consecutive counts for those tricks. I'm even more surprised at the first post in your blog. I don't have to tell you that it looks like you've lost a lot of weight, because I'm sure you can see it and I know you can feel it. I've actually told your footbag story to a lot of people who ask me if it's a good exercise. Keep it up man, you're really doing great things for yourself.

Hey Nick, thanks for the kind words!

Power 90 Day 32

Sweat 3-4
Ab Ripper 200

I stepped it up to the next phase for the first time tonight. I felt, at time, like I was going to vomit. I really pushed myself. The ABS section was absolutely horrendous. But I made it. I don't think I got all 200 crunches. I missed a few while scrambling to hit the pause button so I could break.

Funny story, at one point in the workout Tony Horton says, "Time for Tony to take a break." And I turn to my wife to say, "Hear that! I get to rest." But before I can she says, "NOT THAT TONY!!!" so I kept going. It made me chuckle. It was early enough in the workout that chuckling didn't make me want to throw up.

Footbag at lunch a little bit. Had a phone interview in the middle. (No go for the job. They only have part time, but they like me and will hold onto my resume in case full time becomes available)

I mostly worked on gyro and spinning clippers. I don't get to play much with my workout routine right now. I wish I had the stamina to do my workout and then play footbag, but the work outs leave me pretty drained. I need at least an hour or two recovery. My only hope to get footbag back into a regular routine is to get my butt outta bed and either workout or shred early in the morning. But then I'd have to go to bed earlier and I do love my internet time... Although just now was the first time I thought of shredding in the morning. I've always been thinking to get up early and workout, leaving me time to shred in the evening. I think that looking forward to shredding just might be enough to get me up earlier. I'll have to try it Thursday. (Tomorrow is my rest day and Wednesday I have to my workout in the morning because I work late)

In other news, I had a Fast & Furious marathon at my place yesterday with some friends and pigged out on junk. Probably drank 2L of Pepsi by myself, plus chips and pretzels and whatnot. Not happy about that but I'm not going to beat myself up about it either. Tonight I'm going to the movies to see fast 5. I'll take a snack bar with me and get a small popcorn. And at most a small pop. But I might just get water. Not the large combo I used to get.

Power 90: Day 35

 Sweat 3-4
 Ab Ripper 200

Death! Just got done workout and it's 11:17pm. So late because I went to Fast 5 tonight. Solid show. Probably my favorite Fast and Furious movie to date. Had a bit of an Ocean's feel to it. Great twist at the end too. I ate popcorn and a ringpop and pepsi. But I'll be good for the next while now. and most importantly I never skipped a workout.
