I'm looking for easy, basic back to back drills that help exercise fundamental skill sets.
I find, for example, that doing a bazillion clipper->clipper reaps huge advantages in focus, pace and stamina. On the flip side, toe->toe seems to be mostly a worthless and painfully mind numbing drill.
What b2b drills do you recommend, that exercise more than just the trick in the drill itself?

i feel like you could easily do stuff like
ducking/diving clipper > stepping ss clipper/ss butterfly/whirl rpt
spinning clipper > osis >rpt sounds like fun as well
mirage/illusion > ss mirage/illusion > rpt is good too (i guess mixing it up will help also (mirage>ss illusion f.e.))
