challenge: 50 tricks consecutively with good breathing, control, and style. Don't think about adds. Go for at least two "saves". ie: keep a drop off the ground with a last minute osis or toe dig.

worked on consecutives and breathing. did a very controlled 30 contacts. lol wow that sucks. but i did learn from it so ill be continuing this and go for 50. i think its time to turn around some things with my training. since im not happy with my shred at all, ill be working on more runs,drills and contacts. i know quite a few moves and alot of great ideas for combos so ill put them in consideration.

hey man, 30 contacts is great. one or two more saves, and a little finding a few of those moves where you can take really big breaths (for me, that's ducking / diving clippers and flapper stall) and you'll hit 50 no prob. props!

so heres what been going on so far with my new approach.

average shred of 20 and up.
(toe-clip-ss toe-ss clip-ss toe rpt) 80 contacts with controlled breathing.

shred goal this week is 50 with under 5 toe bails. so far ive 30 with 2 bails.not to bad. had a rough start due to not drilling shred runs. i already feel better about my shred.

guilt high of 10. pretty low but my mind goes blank. i actually started one of my shreds with 10 guilt and just kept it easy, so i knw i can beat it. just need to quit being a bitch.lol
