first get really comfortable with flying toe delay. when you stall the footbag in the air you bring your foot down and back up. as you are jumping to stall the bag also start to throw your dexing leg over the bag. its like down, up, over and bam you got it. i hope that is helpful

atomic set from dragonfly kick is also pretty fun. For example blurry dragonfly>legbeater is a nice rewind.
