first real sess since chicago, oh yeah 2 months off..

I suck now!

pdx drifter took me like 50 attempts both sides to hit lol, used to be easy...

anyways, I hit everything I wanted to, but not always with ease, stuff like mobius is hard to loose, got it first try

did a bit of 2 bags juggling, 87 strong side! and like 24 flip
also did'nt count, but around 20 contacts 1 bag each foot!

not expression is strong enough to describe how much I lost abilities in the last months

2nd sess since nyj, not much was hit, but did some atomics, got eggplant-plo-rpt, not new, very old, but rewarding when I can't recall my last atomic sets !

some stepping sets, seems different from before and better, just not as constant due to lack of play

did a bit of toe juggling (one try each side) and got like 67 strong, and 31 flip, new flip record :D, can probably go for 50 flip soon and 100 strong (objectives)

besides that, I don't think I'll ever catch up to the level I once was many years ago, I mean I could hit spin osis»vortex bsos at one point, now just flip vortex is hard, I can't spin out of osis much anymore, everything is 10x harder.. oh well getting old :D

The good thing is I still enjoy to play even tough by doing legovers and 2 bag juggling, and it's a great activity to stay in shape.

By the way, lost 18 pounds so far since january 1st (new years resolution to get to my ideal weight)

I was 181, going to 150 would be great, not sure if less would be good, I'll see when I reach in maybe 1 month or two what it looks like, I still got a lot of fat in the stomach area that I really need to get rid of, since it's the worst for your health

29 now, been playing for 7 years

I was better around 4.5-5 years, lost a lot of skills in the last 2 years, mostly due to lack of play, and gained weight in the last yeat that I should'nt have, just got back to my weight of 2 years ago, but still got some work to do there :)

loosing weight is getting harder now, still going down, just slow now.

I lost about 2 pounds in last 2 weeks.

Playing footbag helps, but so far it's one dedicated session per week, averaging 90 minutes, trying to go for 2 hours, but not always possible because of kid and stuff.

Today it started to get better, I mean I suck really hard, but got some stuff that got me pumped again

fairy legover-plo-rpt (I know this is easy...)
blur-smear-dimwalk-rpt
ripwalk-blizzard-parkwalk-rpt (I think this was first time ever??)

Also footed flip gybas, too bad flip dyno is poor!

Ended sess with a nice motion sickness

I like footbag again like I used to, just that now, it's in small doses that it comes in :(

101 contact 2 bags juggling, same foot !
33 flipside, and can probably do a lot more easy, I did 33 within 3 attempts and was in full control.

new drill: barrage-toe whirl-drifter-rpt
getting better at flip toe barrage

footed spinning barrage

I still suck hard, can't do many links, got to use a lot of bops, but whatever, I have fun

Still managed to hit a 39 contacts run to finish the sess.

sess yesterday
not much, just sweating a lot and having fun

new: ripwalk-barrage-butterfly-rpt

also did ripwalk-blur-legbeater-ripwalk-blury drop

39 contacts 2 bags juggling flipside, new record, first try and only attempt of the session :D

I have now lost 24 pounds since jan 1st, feels good.

26 pounds down since jan 1st!

3rd sess of the week yesterday, ripwalk is becoming pretty sure on both sides, don't drop it much
goals of the sess was 10 ripwalks and 10 drifters, yes 10 drifters, took a while but got it back

it's hard to come back after 3 months of no play at all and like a year of very little play.

now back to 1 sess a week until I can play outside.

oh yeah, gyro barage is easy now, can hit it midstring.

had a fun 1.5 hours sess today
62 or 66 2 bags juggling flipside, either way, take that old record of 30 something!

footed ripwalk-rev swirl-whirl-rpt

then I felt like I was actually good at footbag, : legbeater-ripwalk-blur-legbeater-ripwalk.. could'nt seal it. damn flip blur-legbeater link is hard to start drill from a ripwalk, but I will hit this soon!

fixed flip atomic, hit nice sets

hit beta blur again, been a long time, actually not so hard

had a run with all 4 eggs, and was missing both pdx dlo, but some bastard came across close and I had to stop the run :(

Overall a fun sess, and not highlight hunting. I enjoy playing once a week and keep an actual level that I can please myself with.

bah no sess last week
no sess this week either, too busy at home

It sucks, going to montreal 4 days this week for work, but finishing late leaves no room for a session :(

kicked for 30 mins in my yard last night, did rev swirl-infinity-rpt and infinity-rev swirl-rpt in the same run, getting better at flip rev swirl.

at least I started wearing shorts to go to work, kicking sess's in breaks will be more like shred sess's, just 10 to 20 minutes depending on breaks.

new today: pixie ss barrage

thanks for challenge Ken, I did try a few times already and again this morning, not yet tough.

My job is technical support, in breaks I go outside and play, that simple.

Might change job soon for digital video gestion center, a pretty big leap, sounds fun, just need to see if I got enough seniority to get it.

oh yeah, playing at 5AM is tough, even when you are used to wake up that early.

Solid! Nice combo. Then Motion-rev swirling toe or rev wsirling pick sound like a possibility? Ultmately : Motion - rev swirling osis would be epic!
