Dayum!!! This jam sounds slammin'!!! I'm so pumped I'm actually going to be able to make it. My first time actually standing on New York grounds... Pretty sad, but I'll finally have seen New York from a standing position, rather than in a car (like usual). I have to check more into it tomorrow, but I'll either be taking the train or this cheap bus service that I heard about. I'm hoping to arrive Friday night. And yeah, what John said, who might I be crashing with, as well?

I've got space for a couple more at my place...so far I think the three Boston guys are staying there, and I could probably fit three or possibly four on the floor.

I'm having AC installed on the 6th, so it should be comfy :D

Also, the L train looks like it will NOT be screwed up that weekend, which is pretty remarkable considering it was screwed up last weekend, and it will be screwed up this coming weekend AND the weekend after the jam...

Well, I guess I'm in luck... I love cats! I actually just cut open a plush kitty keychain, took out the stuffing, and filled it with approximately 60 grams of lead shot! :D It works sorta kinda almost as good as a real footbag sorta! I plan on whipping the kitty bag out during the jam several times. I'm positive your kitty and I will get along just fine. Would you possibly be able to reserve Mike Toolan a spot on the floor, as well? He and I might be taking the train together, but he won't know for certain until this Friday. Casa de Bruce sounds like a blast!

it sounds like everyone is staying at bruces. I have space too but I live outside the city so it's better if everyone stays in the city. I'm sure everything will work out fine. Does anyone want to do any specific site seeing adventure? It's usually not cheap just to let you know.

I'd be down for almost anything random someone "more out of town" than myself would want to do.

Are there any age restrictions or such of the sort for the show on saturday night?

I'd be down for that too. Like I said, never been to NY... and I only live a hop skip and a jump away... go flippin' figure. So yeah, I'd be up for some cheap sight-seeing :D

I just heard back from Mike Toolman and he and I will be taking the train around 2 o'clock on Saturday. Jackson Raap might be coming too. Gotta hear back from him, hopefully tonight. Drew Krause can't make it because he's had long-term plans for that weekend (?) Corey Gerges is trying to make it down too.

So... PA will be reprezentin'.

Why are you coming on saturday? I don't think the show is all ages, but I'm not sure.

Less than a week away! :D

Boston should be getting in Friday night around 10ish. Bruce, will you be home around then? Or should we just go directly to the party spot (which sounds like its gonna be at Matts?)

I should be around then, y'all can come straight to my place if you want to drop off your stuff. The address is:

852 Cypress Avenue, apt 2G
Ridgewood NY, 11385

The L train will drop you at Mrytle/Wyckoff and then it's a few blocks east till you hit Cypress, I live south of the Rite Aid in the castle with the Rent-A-Center. Trust me.

Partying at Matt's is super convenient for me and everyone who's staying with me, so I'm down for that on whatever night(s) it's happening.

The guys that were supposed to install my AC stood me up today :(

Hopefully it won't be too hot/humid this weekend!
