UGHHHHHHHH Spinning Whirl!!! I'm so jealous, I still haven't hit that and it shouldn't even be tough for me at all. That's totally one of my all-time dream moves. I'd rather be able to hit that consistently than mobius.
The two bag ducking clipper was really neat. Props on all your progress!
I used to think spinning clipper was about as close to impossible as anything. Mobius trade off for spinning whirl, that is a trade I'll take you up on immediately.

Thanks man! that's the last time I ever hit it though. That was a good day. blur>symp paradon>rpt and other things happened that day which are rare. It was a long time ago though. Haven't played like that since. Worlds pushed me for a few months and then I went back to my old routine which is pretty boring. GO TO TOURNAMENTS!! They really help your game.
Props on spinning whirl. try a paradon and then you have scorpions tail.
you must be able to juggle without having to pay much attention TO the juggling that you are doing, so that you can focus your attention on what you are doing with your feet.
so practice 3 ball cascade until it is so natural, you arent even thinking about it.
keep them juggle balls low enough that you can see both the cascade and what you are doing with your feet, wether it be kicking or stalling.
What a coincidence you post because I was looking over your blog less than a week ago. You haven't had an entry in a year and a half. I've only posted twice on modified in the last two years. What are the chances?
Clip>mirage>repeat flip x 8 first attempt (was going for 6)
spinning mirage>osis>osis
Pdx mirage bsos (some tiltless run)
some tiltless run with an illusion (uncommon component for me)
Pdx whirl bs

Trust me, it's so much easier to work on smaller aspects of tricks to hit the bigger one. It's weird and I can't explain it, but there is this magical trickle-down effect where, when you get sick at all of the smaller components of a big trick (ie. Vortex: You get sick at drifters and gyro clippers) the bigger trick will be a piece of cake. I actually challenge you to take one big trick you want to hit and break it up into it's separate smaller parts, then school those small tricks throughout a series of a couple weeks, and when you feel very comfortable with the small tricks, combine them and try to hit the bigger one. You'll be surprised... I know I was. If you complete this challenge successfully, and feel what I'm talking about, then I suggest you school your basics and freestyle will be so much easier for you.
Meant with intent to help.

So I dreamed that i walked into some place and Jay and Jorden and some of you other guys were there and we did a little sesh. I was learning some kind of toe set symp quantum double down.
I did some footbag education with Nick Landes in Muskegon today. I loved it. it made me want to to really learn the basics of footbag really well. and Nick is a FANTASTIC teacher when it comes to the minute details of footbag. Top Notch FootbagER, and top notch footbag teacher. Juggling too. man...
