Oddly enough I had a feeling that you'd achieve something big today. No idea how I knew it, but I just felt it. I thought it would probably be the 10 fearless, but holy shit man, Nem bs... f'in a. Huge congrats on that dude. You're unstoppable.

^Guys thanks so much....I have to say it feels great to reach one of my biggest footbag goals...... I hit the first one from flip and three off my strong furious set...

I am also very happy to break the video hold I put on myself.....I can now film my progress getting to from 9 fearless to 10 and beyond.....
instead of filming every session I might put together the best stuff from the upcoming week and edit it....

stuff i wanna put on film...
- new form style
- runs with 10 seperate unique 5
- runs with mulitple fearless sick threes in them
- far blenders>steps
- furious variations that I have recently hit
- at least 8 fearless unique in a row
- run with multiple swirling tricks
- 100 guiltess with as much variety as I can....
- superflies
- mobius>food
- 4 fives to a 6
-p guay>ss dd repeat
-nemesis bs

I will say that my legs now feel like jello.... my knee was also bothering me a little but earlier but I think it will be fine tomorow.

session structure will stay the same....next session I will try to hit some clean whirrs felix stlye and see what happens. I will also try to learn barrages

Yeaaah, props (a bit delayed) on Nemesis bs! I've loved reading your blog -- it's cool to see it all culminate in sick achievements like that.

ripwalker......thanks man....I love the banner..I am glad that you check the blog ....thanks

frank.....thanks.....I will start taping soon.....and start regular videos again.......I hit paraguy again today :)

session today in the heat.....
actually one of the first frustrating sessions in a while....it was hot as hot, no powerade and kids talking to me at the same time....also was a little hesitant in my shred becausse of my knees.... curious if this is from lack of hitting furious sets more than 10 min a session or if its my form....will tape soon

today...

-janiwalkers felt like cake for the first time....threw them mid run with ease on one side.....need to work midrun flip..
-fairy swirling ss mirage and swirling spinning butterfly in the same run
-ripwarrior>10 4s>BW
havent done ripped warriors in a while but they felt easy....very happy about this because I love this trick
-pixie clipper>paraguay>inside set swirl>twirl>run
- some runs that felt alot different .....I would hit some guiltess tricks that were low energy and then and osis and then bam...p torque>ptorque.
- also 3s and low energy focused shred and then bam janiwalker>rev swirl
these runs felt alot different and I liked it.
-swirl>reverse swirl>ripstein>rev swirl>twirl
-realized that I could probably hit fairy swirling torque.....will try soon
- footed Mobius>food .....tried twice....will work on not over rotating

ok......I finally posted another video...

After I hit nemesis, my legs were jello and my knees felt weird which led to three sessions of playing hesitant and frustration for me... today I finally felt comfortable again...

The first two clips are from before I stop filming and the rest is random clips from the last three sessions. No 10 fearless No nemesis, but glad to be taping again and ready to start shredding hard again and move forward....
any comments always welcome ...

Yo man, great to see a new video from you. I enjoyed it. Looks like improvement to me. Nice dense, hard strings. Well-done.

Guys.....thanks so much for the nice comments on the video..

it was weird because I felt that everyday I was moving forward and then after I hit a big goal of mine I started to tape again and felt that I was having the worst session in a while.....I then decided to tape anyway and just get this video log moving forward.... For me ...this video shows that my strings are finally moving passed 20 tricks, that I am able to mix fearless combos in the runs, that I can hit janiwalker, that i am starting to find links that I really find fun to hit.....

Thanks for watching and I will tape again next session. Any request or specific critiques on my runs would be appreciated. I will try to hit more dense shorter strings with harder links and less boring bails.......Sometimes It helps me just to remind myself not to hit that ugly ass p mirage and just hit blur instead, or just to plan the run better......most of these runs were just having fun and not planning, except for the deliberate 6 fives.

I still really want 10 fives, and to put a clean nemesis on tape. also gonna start schooling reverse whirls, ddds, dods, and p blender>ripwalks

OH yeah and I just hit a new trick in my kitchen ......
reverse swirling symp whirl......

Short session today.....

I looked at footage and tried to analize my single leg double dexes......tried to open my hips more for the first dex so that the second dex would not be the.

hit gyro blender bsos.......first day I ever really hit these comfortably.....
also tried gyro food...not surging .......like a mobius with a blender on the end...that would be a cool trick....

Yo Mark, nice new stuff man. Gyro Blenders looked smooth as silk. And was that Gyro Jughandle? Looked so good dude. Been trying for that one. I can see what you're saying about feeling like you've been having bad sessions after hitting nemesis. Just keep it up dude. Looking great.
