Illusion is so hard! I'm slowly getting better at them though. What was the average run length of those? I ask because whenever I try something similar it turns into "do one trick in between a pixie until you hit 4 pixies." instead of hitting them in a more natural run. Then again I don't really have natural runs...

Well, looks like you're already going back to basicsHXCFOOTBAG wrote:Learning the basics sesh
And holy shit, you're so lucky to have Nick Landes as your footbag teacher!
Crazy juggling too man! You're really freakin' great at it. If you can put that dedication toward footbag, you can totally get good at footbag. Back to basics is a great start.
Keep it up dude. Basics is WHERE IT'S AT!!!! You're gonna like the changes you see in your game
I'm gonna keep up with your blog now.
Peace dude.

Edit: DUDE! Wanna hear something cool!? I just watched some of your youtube videos and YOU'RE THE GUY WHO INSPIRED ME TO HIT GYRO WHIRL!!! I saw that video a little while ago and I hit it soon after that. So, thanks! You've got some great tricks!
@ Tony: it was basically intentionally the 2 adds and tilting just to keep it going. So basically 10. Cheap but necessary until I master these beginner moves.
@ Ken: you and Dylan fry inspired me to zoom you guys are MASTERS of the zoomiverse!
@ Nick: you know... Even today I noticed that I was bailing to pickups or mirage rather than tilting after just ONE basics sesh.
I inspired YOU?? (sweet)

WHOA DUDE. Wicked that you're really tackling your flipside Pixie. I've been doing this recently too. If you really want a solid Pixie set, take every Pixie trick you posted up there and stitch on Pdx Mirage in front of it.
Ie:
P Mirage> PLO
P Mirage> Smear
P Mirage> Magellan
That will make sure you can get it midstring every time. You'll notice you need that ending toe stall from p mirage to be JUST RIGHT to get a good pixie out of it. There's a difference between practicing and practicing with intent to get a little more out of what you're doing
Also, Ken provided you with some of the street names, but here are some more...
Pixie Pickup = Paste
Pixie ss Osis = Maverick
You should also consider trying one of my favorite Pixie tricks... Swerve (Pixie ss Rake) Such a styley trick.
Keep schooling!
