I'm loving your videos.
Thanks so much. There were a few cools combos mid run where you'd add a torque, and I really liked that.

How many hours do you feel like you need to put between the two sessions in one day? I've often thought of doing this when I have extra time but I'm worried I'll be burning myself.

Muffinman.....thanks so much. Im glad someone is liking these. I feel like Im just starting to get some sort of groove back.

PoisonTaffy...... when I was playing two sessions a day more often I would play for no more than 1 hour then wait a couple of hours to get some other stuff done then later that day when the sun was going down try to have another 1 hour session. I have played two hours and then later did another long session too. When I do this I am usually expecting that the next day Ill take off. right now my right shin and ankle are sore so I wouldnt play today but other than swelling or pain I would session as much as you want. Ive had some of the nest sessions where I didnt really feel like playing and my legs were SORE and tired but then I went out and hit swirling mobius screw.
Just listen to your body, the second session of the day might not be a good time to have an all sympisuom session.

HEY GUYS (or girls) WHO READ MY BLOG>>>>>

I have a request for you>>>

PLease write a 20 trick run in my blog that I will attempt . I have been getting pms saying that some of you like my videos but think I ripwalk way too much and dont hit big swirling tricks mid run.....

I honestly am happy to accept critique and hope some of yall chime in.
As far as suggestions for runs, it could be the exact 20 tricks you want me to hit (if this is the case then please at least put links that you think I could actually hit ) , or it could be suggestions of what not to do or whatever.

I will session on the feedback I get and try to incorperate the advice in my shred.

I am curious and excited to hear what any of you have to say. I accept critism well as long as its accompanied by advice so please dont hold back.......so if you say......."Jesus your whirls suck" , then please make a suggestion to how to improve them. 8) 8)

No girls read your blog.
20 tricks go!
morpheus> infinity> spinning ducking clipper> sidewalk> vortex> mantis> datw> near double down> spinning ducking osis> scorpions tail rpt

Can you hit alpine void? If that is too hard make it a superfly. I think you can hit that. There are no outrageous links in there. Maybe scorpion's tail to morpheus but...

Advice? Try some new stuff I guess. Butterfly swirls, rakes to spinning, in-spinning, gyro diving gyro, and surging are all cool things tho try. Try gyro osis too. It is not really harder than a regular osis and it looks cooler but it feels weird if you ask me. Maybe youll like gyro osis though.

I haven't really had too much time to think something up til now, and I have off of work today, so I hope you like this one. I'm going to go off of what Ken is saying, because I agree, my favorite parts of your game are your spinning (and swirling).. Here it goes..

Vortex> Gyro Clipper> Ripstein >Mobius> Inspinning Clipper> Diving Butter> Reverse Swirl> Rev Up> Phoenix> Swirling Ducking ss Butter> Gyro Mirage> Atom Smasher> Tripwalk> Swirling Mobius> Symp. Whirl> Whale Tail> Atom Smasher> Reactor> Pdx Whirl> Ripwalk to Dragon> Reverse Swirl> Swirling DLO> Assassin> Legbeater> Fury> Smudge> Ducking Whirl> Whirling Swirl> Double Spinning Clipper> Ripstein> Inspining Whirl> Spinning Ducking Butter> Spinning Ducking P Mirage> Gyro Barrage> Toe> Toe> Clipper> Nemesis :P

Just messing on that last part, and don't be overwhelmed by all of these. I did this, because I meant your this to be something where you can pick and choose different links to put in your run. This is the kind of stuff I'd love to see in your game. I thought some of these links were really cool and I'd never seen some of them before. Hope you dig it. Good luck. Can't wait to see what you come up with.

PS. Definitely use Double Spinning Clipper> Ripstein> Inspinning Whirl. That's a hot link.

I know its not what your asking but, I was playing yesterday and though about an awesome trick that probably only you can do.

swirling mantis (swirling gyro eggbeater)

and heres 20 contacts for you

quantum near mirage - pixie op clip (no plant) - gyro mirage - spin clip - spin clip - gyro clip - ducking legover - whirl - pdx drifter - symp mirage - DLO - legbeater - blurry clip - spin osis - symp whirl - barfly - blizzard - toe blur - toe barrage - whirling swirl

all unique all genuine, no ripwalks

edit:

Nick I think yours is way to hard. ripstein - inspin whirl? really? Gyro barrage from a toe? ive never even seen that done. Maybe you should post a feasible 20

Sorry, I totally goofed on that Gyro Barrage from toe. I added Gyro Barrage in after I was finished because I saw Mark hit Swirling Gyro Barrage before and I alwalys liked how Gyro Barrages looked. Plus I posted that when I was still waking up :P And for the record, Zach, I bet you a cookie that Mark can hit Ripstein> Inspinning Whirl.

But yes, I agree, Gyro Barrage from toe would be too hard. And yes, I agree that run would be extremely difficult, but like I said, pick and choose what links you would want, even if you throw a few of my suggestion into a run of someone else's. I chose stuff that I know you could hit, even if you hadn't reallt hit it yet, such as inspinning whirl. I saw your inspinning clippers, Mark. They're way good. Ripstein is easy as hell for you, so I have no doubt in my mind that you could hit Ripstein> Inspinning Whirl.

Zach, you can hold me to that cookie, too.

If mark hits it on video I will be more than happy to give you a cookie the next time I see you. I may even bake them myself just for you.

And don't get me wrong Nick, your right, ripstien - inspin whirl would be super sweet. Some of the links are really awesome! I just don't think they are doable in one run, especially one with no bops. But I see what you were going for and should have read your post more thoroughly.

Mark, as being the one who has to hit it, I feel like you deserve cookies too. Do it and I will mail you cookies

I think I can hit Kens 20 contacts ...I just have to plan it out well

007.....Damn ......I cannot hit morpheus consistantly......but I will work something out

Eric.....I like the links alot.....have to do some adjusting..

Nick and Zach....

I have only hit inspins about 2 sessions and havent done it since.....but im up for trying to get some cookies
Nick ....thanks for the confidence....I might get it
I do think I can hit toe set gyro barrage though......

COOL COMBO that I cant hit THAT WOULD SOLVE THIS.

Ripstein>inspinning whirl>swirling gyro eggbeater>toe set gyro barrage.. :D

Anyway...I will session this week .....i am also teaching a footbag camp at a local fitness center.....I havent played in a week and need to plan for the camp, but I will find the time to session and try to get the cookies....

Glad you understand what I meant now, Zach. I second Mark's request for "Magic" cookies lol Magic cookies pull rabbits out of my mind.

Anyway, if I lose, I will bake you guys cookies. (Though, I hope you hit it, Mark, because I'd love to see you nail that one).

One really great tip for inspinning clipper that I figured out through experimentation... Don't let the bag set above your eyes. I noticed I kept setting it near my head and I'd have to look up to spot it and my balance was always throw off immensely while doing this. When I started setting them eye-height, I was surprised at the difference and they felt almost like a regular spinning clipper. Not that you need any help with your inspins, just something to be conscious of while doing them.

Can't wait to see what kinda stuff you come up with while mixing all of our suggestions, Mark.

_yesterday I played for the first time in over a week...

I feel that I need to go to a comp more than ever-

ok session, just glad to be kicking.

- worked on knees, hit knee ducking knee in and out of knee kicks
- hit clipper>sole>clipper>pincher>ss pickup>run
- worked on dropping from my left hand to my right clipper which is helping oven out my sides
-worked on blur flip.
-hit ripped warrior>blurry torque bs
-torque>p whirl repeat
-hit adamsmasher b2b mid run without planing it
-hit alpine legbeater
 swirling spinning legover>dod
 worked on inspinns. hit inspinning clipper, butterfly, osis
- tried ripstein>inspin ...ripstein to inspinning p whirl seems doable, and for cookies I will hopefully get this.
- hit toe set inspinning ducking ss mirage
- ripstein>zig zag

to be continues....
