ok, thanks. i was wondering if there was another way because my midnight 32 dragonfly footbag broke after only one session, and i hope to get the replacement broken in before it breaks.

Sometimes driving a car over a bag makes it softer.

depending on the material ....I would not wash in it the machine or roll over it with a car......

the hand massaging works , but I find the best way is just to..

1. weigh the bag up to 70-80 grams....
2. kick the damn thing about 2000 times
3. take out the extra weight if you decide to
4. enjoy your broken in footbag

Sometimes reading Tsiang's posts makes your brain softer.

Kick it when you're warming up and finger-knead it when you're not kicking.

If you get a bag that's 50-60% full, and 70-80 grams, you don't need to break it in.
