Perfect Footbag Posture

Hey all,

Here is a cool pic illustrating proper posture. For footbag it's modified slightly because things are happening beneath us.
We bend slightly forward at the waist and look down with the chin, but everything else still applies:

It's good to film yourself and try to spot if you do any of the first four positions!
Having proper posture/default playing position is the first building block towards having a deep, varied, injury-free game.

I have terrible posture when playing footbag and I really want to fix it, any chance of employing you as a footbag coach for a day?
