This high-quality video came up in my Google+ Sparks feed for footbag. It's someone's project for a film workshop, and it's well done so I thought I'd share it. Enjoy.

Actually, I'm the guy in the video, so I was pretty surprised when I checked out this forum and saw my name in one of the threads

As for the video itself, it was filmed and edited by a friend of mine, who was just doing his project for a summer movie making workshop(as you stated above). The funny thing is, we were filming for 3 days in a row(for approximately 2 hours a day), but in the end he decided to use only 1 minute of the footage

I liked how it showed you stretching your upper body but now your legs, lol
