Quantums help

so i purchased some black quantums from planetfootbag about 6 days ago and when i view my order it still says processing. the quatums cost me around $107 usd, and after reading some of the stuff on here im not sure if im gunna get them. can someone tell me if they will ship them or not...if they will not ship them i would very much like my money back...but im not sure how to get my money back either. so if someone could help me i would very much appreciate it.

I just got some quantums from Planetfootbag Austria. Alex sent them very quickly, and I had them 9 days later. (other end of the world)
If your dealing with the same place, they will send your shoes.

don't worry, you will either get your shoes or your money back if the shoes are not available.

it's not me who's doing pf international so I cannot tell you more at the moment, but I'm sure you will be contacted soon about that.
