It's good that you admire players that are the most skilled in the world but you have to understand that you kind belong to this group. You lead in swirling spinning sets in the world, best technic, you mix them into runs.

Btw. After your vids I focused on fearless links last session and I think next year I will join 10 unique fearless club ;)

I agree 100%. I have been trying to offer encouragement in forms of drills that I felt would do two things:

A) Reinforce your unique strengths and style that you already have
B) Help you work on stamina and control (again, which you already have)

The reasons being:
A) I am fairly certain that with your experience working in front of crowds and your game, that you will do very well in competition (circles- you have density, variety, improvisation and stamina, and with routines: your shuffle alone is interesting enough that this shouldn't be too big a deal for you)

B) I am not sure how much time and energy you have to direct towards serious competition, but even if you simply mastered what you already have and / or kept going about things with your own intuition, without necessarily researching unique phenomenons of the sport's audio/visual aesthetic to the nth degree, that you would do very well in a competition.

I am not buying the age thing with this sport. I believe it's mostly natural talent, followed by practice. I have no more time to spend on this, so in paraphrase: you're the man.

After 2 1/2 hours... She's finished. Mark, you officially are getting the FIRST FLAWLESS (or about as flawless as it gets) Funbag... All of the bleedholes are even with one another... all of the pents and hexes are evenly stitched... the bag is completely spherical icosadodecahedron, in the flesh... well, fabric. I hope you like it.

#26 Funbag: Rattlesnake Skin & Burgundy

I kicked it a bit and it's pretty gawsh darn nice. Could use a little breaking-in, but I think it'll break in nicely within like one session. I'll be sending it tomorrow. I'm really hoping you like it. You said include red in the bag, so I did that, and I thought the Rattlesnake Skin would be a cool touch because it kind of resembles your style... Venomous, brutal, and badass. Let me know what you think man...

ASKING FOR SUGGESTIONS
You could be a little taller...

:P As for real suggestions, Idk if maybe it hurts your legs, but perhaps more symposium stuff? I feel like I've seen past videos of you hitting ps whirls, but maybe throw some flails and symp bubbas in there? Some eggbeaters? You've got torque on lock, which is awesome because that's probably the styliest move in footbag, so super duper props for that.... speaking of, how bout superduperfly? A cool drill would be mobius>symp bubba>symp whirl>rpt.

Anywho, keep kickin.

Swirling spinning stuff is great, and I love the way your furious looks. Some of your double downs look late though, like on the scorp and barfly.

Thanks Ken ,I've been meaning to post a comment on ur recent video ...I loved the links and creative combos......

As far as my barflys....I still honesltly dont know how to fix them....If I can clean up my single leg double sexes then I'll have a whole bunch of tricks that I can incorporate ..but as of now they r the ........if u think it's because I'm late with the attack then I will try to be quicker.....any other thoughts on this would be appreciated..

Basically I was inspired by circle footage from worlds....
I realized that I dont train the way I should for circle so today I tried to get some runs. I would for most of the session try one or twice to hit a big trick to start the runs, but if I missed I started with less difficult trick that I was more comfortable with.. Then I just tried to make it passed 20. I got a couple passed 30 and a couple passed 40. I think only one is passed 40 without a random fall from 3 adds passed 30 contacts. I even gave myself breaks in between most of the runs

I am actually really happy with the way I played today and feel that it is a good start to getting ready for a circle with other players

-Mobius b2b to start a run....was inspired my nick polini....I think this is the third time I ever hit the link...much less started a run with it
-surging set and swirling gyro in the same run
- I know that the blurriest still need work
- swirling gyro mirage mid run
-Blurry whirl>tomahawk>spinning p whirl mid run
-random gyro dlo after 40 contacts....I never try this trick
- other stuff.....was really glad to be able to start a run with a 5, get into a couple 3s, then 4 0r 5 fours to a five, then ducks, then shuffle before the drop-
- also hit a clean surge, swirling gyro , and swirling spinning in a run but only put strings over 20 contacts on the tape.

- oh yeah....played in gunits

Its been a while since Ive posted here.....

still playing regularly ....

I AM PLANNING ON GOING TO EAST COAST FOOTBAG COMP>>>HOLY FUCK

i just started working on my first footbag routine for my first comp..
its becoming an interesting project. My goal is to have a rouitne that I like and to hit it dropless MULITIPLE times before I go .
Also ...what my circle shred to be good enough to keep the bag in the air.

My main goal is to attend a competition where there will be other footbaggers. I have played with a total of 2 different players in the last two year. 99.9999 % of all my session are solo. MY ADRENALINE IS PUMPING ALREADY.

events I will enter:
every damn freestyle event that they have...so far routine and circle, maybe a sick 1 and sick 3 .... :D  :D  :footbag:
