i want to get really, really good at footbag. ive decided that i am making getting better, practicing, and thinking about footbag a much higher priority in my life; fuck drugs and hoes. first order of business: quit smoking and eat healthier.

i would really appreciate it if anyone who reads this would post either some encouragement or some sort of tip or advice they think is crucial to becoming good at footbag.

lets see how good i can get before uso.

I think it sounds like a great idea. I'm not good so I can't offer advice on that, but I'm working on it too.

Footbag is infinitely more rewarding then any drug you can ever do.

im getting both big toe nails permanently removed. heres to being the only shredder with 8 toe nails. will post pics, if y'all want.

why are they being removed? ingrown nails? i have those and every now and then ill land and its like a knife is driven into my toe. then i know its time to clip : P

I know Sebastien Duchesne got the nail from 1 of his big toe removed. But i'm not sure if he got only 1 or 2 of them remove !
