I think Jacob Dahlstrup does? Search for high speed footbag on youtube, or maybe footbag and scotland, and you should find a contact for him through that.

I lived in Glasgow for a few years, playin solo for my entire time there. As far as I know no one play footbag - as we know it:) Theres a bunch slacklining hippies that can be seen with the odd hackysack in the kelvingrove park during summer.
