Insole removal for lavers?

Post by funklovesfootbag »

First new pair of lavers in years, I can't get the insoles out. I have soaked them in got water but the insoles are still REALLY HARD to take out...

Suggestions?

Thanks!

When I removed mine they were incredibly stubborn, I suggest ripping out as much as you can by hand, and then scraping the remaining foam/glue with a flathead screwdriver.

There isn't really an easy way to do this :?

the glue reacts with heat, just pick a hair-dryer and heat it, or maybe put the shoes on the radiator (this will also make the sole become softer).

good luck!
