This was the first shred video. I had a copy in VHS, and this is what I learned from in the late 90s. The music did not get better with age, that's for sure.

Great stuff. Really takes me back. When I see this it reminds me of watching the tennis court vids of single tricks over and over again.

I miss the energy that freestyle had in the mid 90s. In Japan I rarely get it.

I believe this video came out in 1995. The level went up some in 96, but I feel (based on my memory) that freestyle didn't resemble the modern game until Ryan in 98, and then the rest of the players started catching up in subsequent years.
