I've been into footbag for a very long time. Fairly skilled at it (not great, but enough to impress most people). And usually, even with the big moves, I can tell what's going on.

This stuff... man, even in slow motion it's hard for me to wrap my brain around.

Ridiculously awesome. Fun to watch. Amazing to watch. Unbelievable skill and talent and dedication on display.
