Convict Conditioning work at the in-laws. Somehow I drove 800 kms today and left all my footbags at home. :-( I might look around and try to find a crappy hack somewhere. Unless someone knows a footbag stitcher in Lethbridge, AB...

Normal warmup

Wall Push Up:

2 sets of 30 and
1 set of 15

Knee Tucks:

2 sets of 35

More Convict Conditioning since I forgot a footbag and forgot it was saturday and my rest day. I guessi will rest tomorrow.

Normal warm up

Vertical Pulls:

3 sets of 45 (beat the progression standard but still feel sore I figure I can keep doing them and gain something from it)

Jack-knife squats:

2 sets of 20

These felt pretty easy but I sure felt it when I stepped on the stepper after ward... :-)

Rest day today. I still did Ten Minute Trainer Yoga Flex. Felt good to stretch. I need to do a more complete stretch routine more often. I felt tighter than I used to. Now that I have this on my tablet I'll tryto do it at least a few times a week.

8 hour drive today, but I'm finally back home. Did a 30 minute footbag session. Was pooped afterward.

 strong swirl midstring a few times
 91 clippers

Felt good to play I didn't play well. In fact I plated quite horribly. After a horrible week for diet and fitness, it will take a few days to get my endurance back. I'm not looking forward to getting on the scale tomorrow and to get my goals by the end of the challenge will be extremely tough.

4 reps (+5 pts)
5 reps (+6 pts)
Body Weight Jackknife Squat:

First time trying horizontal pulls. Had trouble finding a place to do them. i ended up using my pull up bar with my feet on the back of jar positioned in front of the bar. I guess it works. ??

Props on the flip spinning clippers. I still struggle with those.

With the shut pickup, does that trick start and end on the same toe (nallegam), or does it switch toes? In other words, is it shut near pickup, or far pickup? Props on both sides regardless.

Footbag tonight.

 71 clippers
 swirl and rev swirl both sides (one way each side is new)
 shut same pick up both sides
 53 clippers

Feel pretty blah about it. I'm thinking about changing up my workout routine and eating. Seriously thinking about doing IF 16-20 fast per day and changing my rest day to Tuesday since I'm busy. Also, got some big life changing news that today that has me pretty rattled.

Footbag. Kinda a BSOS session

 11 ducking clippers
 smear bsos
 plo and pixie op pickup BSOS
 magellan bsos
 104 clippers (left g-unit came untied at ~75 but I kept it together until the lace actually ensnared the bag as it left my foot)
 shut down bsos

Pretty happy with it overall. Was also a lot happier with my diet today as well. I avoided the lure of Fuzzy Peaches even though there was an open bag floating around all day. Those damn delicious things are my kryptonite! My supper wasn't the greatest... Chicken and Hashbrowns... but the rest of the day was great and I've stayed under my calorie goal somehow. lol Good portion control at supper helped.

0:04:00 (+19 pts)
Wall Push-Up:
33 reps (+6 pts)
9 reps (+1 pts)
33 reps (+6 pts)
29 reps (+5 pts)
The first 33 and the 9 were accidentally done to 4-2-4 instead of 2-1-2 count. Almost killed me. I soo wanted to get to 33 on the last set, but just couldn't do it. I'll still go for 34/35 next time because if I had done them all with proper count it wouldn't have been an issue.

Footbag. Actually pretty stoked a few things I hit. Footbag for me right now is more of a fitness thing. Gets my heart rate up and burns calories, but it's still fun to hit new things and reach new milestones...

 36 tiltless
 36 tiltless (yes, again)
 flapper kick pickup both sides (new)
 67 clippers
 flip symposium whirl
 55 clippers
 163 clippers! :!:

Flip symposium whirl was nice. I only hit it once. It's hard on the joints and my form wasn't good so I stopped trying but it was nice to hit it. I've also been hitting mullet pretty much every session but not mentioning it because it's not new and I can't come close on my flip... The biggest news for me this session was hitting 163 clippers. Around 120 I starting thinking that THIS might be the time I make it to 150. So then I had to start trying to block those thoughts from my mind so I wouldn't mess up so close to the end, but I made and kept going for a bit. My legs were super tired at the end and I didn't really lose form and drop so much as just not have the will to catch the bag again.
