I find it interesting the Football community doesn't consider Vasek a Freestyle Football player but rather a Footbagger with a football.

I was kind of thinking about that too. At times I feel like Honza and Vasek or almost abandoning footbag or like joining the dark side (no, not net...). Anyway, it makes sense in my head. And I was going to skip this video because I thought it would just be football. Then Vasek got the bag. I think it's really cool. They are getting footbag out there to a new and wider audience.

1. Great concept, great execution.
2. I agree that this is good exposure for footbag. I think freestyle football is full of potential footbaggers, and we should make more of an effort to reach out to them.
3. I didn't know Vasek was a Sith lord.

Wow this video is so well made! Very entertaining! Yes, I agree that this is great exposure for footbag.

Who cares if they consider Vasek a footbagger with a football, he is a 7 time world Champion footbagger. It is like when Lance Armstrong started racing mountain bikes, he was a 7 time Tour de France Champion cyclist who happened to be on a mountain bike, and kicked ass at both.

I am sure the more Vasek plays football the more he will be considered a freestyle footballer. Sort of like Shawn White, he started with skateboarding and was amazingly good. He then started snowboarding, started winning competitions, and after a while he was considered snowboarder more than a skateboarder.

Cool video, after I got over the corniness. But I do love Pokemon! I don't know about the footbag though. It seems kind of like they're portraying it as cheating, or something -- he does zap the soccer ball with electricity right after...
