Erik, you see this weeks episode yet? I really liked it. No Jedi to be seen. Ninja Raiders, Boba Fett with a different bucket while waiting to grow into Jango's, Dengar, spinning laser spewing droid. Lots of action and good times. Plus some new Jizz music!
Yeah, another great one!
I wasn't sure if Ventris wasn't trying, though, or if she was just really lame... considering her defeat of Grievous in the last episode and an entire army of droids practically on her own.
It seemed to me that she was holding off on using the force until the battle started going really poorly, she she started using it. Even then she stayed away from Dark Side Force powers until she got angry and started choking people.
Pretty happy with the progression. Still struggling so much with Horizontal pull. It's funny because Vertical Pulls where the easiest Step 1 to meet the standard on, and now I'm having such trouble with Horizontal Pulls.

Alright, I did play footbag yesterday but only for about 30 minutes. Left knee still feeling kinda funky. It's weird because it felt fine right from when I stopped shredding Sunday night to when I started last night. A full 3 days without any pain or anything and then BAM! Hit some decent tilitless strings anyway.
Incline pushups felt better than I expected. After the trouble I had with Wall Push Ups I thought this would be tougher. I'm sure at the higher reps it'll hurt just as much.

Little bit of footbag tonight. Long day with a full shift at my regular job then a second job I'm covering a friend for. Only played for about 20 minutes. Left knee... Not sure what is up with it. I hope it feels better soon.

But, when I was first messing with Dragons and Fairies and some other junk, my knee was being a whore, as well. I bought a knee brace and wore it around for a week or so and iced my knee quite a bit. It got rid of it in a week, if I remember correctly.
I'd give that a shot and see what happens.
Edit: You should film your Fairy sets. I betcha you're doing them how I used to do them, which can lead to the knee pains you're having.
I'll look around and see if I can find a knee brace. And no joy on the filming since I still don't have a video camera. Maybe one day. Do you happen to have refrence to good vs bad fairy sets I could reference. Maybe I can figure it out without video of myself by studying other examples.
Still struggling to try and get above 10 reps on the horizontal pulls. Supported squats are new for me, but I attacked the intermediate progression standard and had no trouble. I think I can blow through these fairly fast, but will slow it down to put strength in the bank. No HRM today. I did the work out spread out a little in hockey game breaks as I'm nerding it up this evening.

Wow, 72 contacts. Just a few from my current Tilitless goal. I started thinking I might make it and... drop on a strong side legover. >_< As you can see the rest of my night was pretty much dedicated to 1 add drills. Went pretty good.

Pretty good workout but my mind wasn't in it. My wife is worried that we've lost the baby. She's had some signs that it's possible. She's currently on bed rest. I'm pretty scared.
