I use Dr Scholls Athletic inserts. $10 WAL*MART special. Honestly I prefer the adidas insoles that come with the shoe.

You might want to look into getting metatarsal insoles to stick under your normal insoles. You can use thumbtacks to keep them in place if need be.

Ken recommended these to me and they've worked wonders for my shin splints (although I use a different type of metatarsal insole that he used). I got a $25 pair from an athletic health supplies store (which seemed cheap to me). I used them on top of some other general-purpose sport insole that I was already using like the Spenco ones (with which I've also had good experience). If you have health issues because of footbag I wouldn't skimp on price -- you might regret it later.
