Kicked on tuesday. Legs felt like 100lb weights. randomly had a good look at pdx blender>gyro barroque after struggling with tiltless. edit: nailed 5/5 double down swirls at the end of the session and came close to dod swirl>swifter somehow

Kicked last night and felt weightless, slow, and controlled. Extended the delays and focused on making my muscles rigid. This is something I used to do, but had gotten lazy and tried to make my muscles as relaxed as possible. this latter tactic isn't conducive to shred. Got lots of props from strangers and a free corn dog... lol. fairy opp torque first try. I don't know if I've ever tried that before.

Excited for my boston trip. leaving in 9 days.

Been on another cheese kick lately. Have an assortment of cheese curds and goat cheese at home. Bleu cheese on everything.

Does anyone else feel like facebook has replaced their e-mail? Not work e-mail of course, and the fact that mark zuckerberg owns all of the information you send on that site.

yeah....email used to be a legitimate form of daily communication. for the past 2-3 years ive used it almost exclusively for receiving automated messages (updates, online receipts, etc). im down to like 1-5 personal emails per year....

Jahner pwns

Had a 4 hour session with jere last night. Drilled spins and gyros. Mostly (gyro>dive clip>rpt>spin>duck clip>rpt)>rpt which my body must have needed because my abs were the sorest part of my body after the session. Jere challenged me to ripstein. I told him "yeah right, but i'll give it a shot" and hit flip ripstein for the first time. WOO! Also tried vortex>far non-symp twirl and hit it first try.

There was a family applauding the session, then they said "We're from Ireland. They don't have that in Ireland. Mind if we try" and they all tried footbag. Afterwards they said "the way you do it looks like irish dancing". Normally this would be annoying, but the fact that they were legitimately from Ireland made it pretty rad.

Before the session I stood in front of the toilet paper at the grocery store and hit bedwetter first try, then left without buying anything.

This site be actin all crazy and I'm like "What Wendy?!"

I've been in Boston for the last week. It's a pretty rad place. Kicked with Bowler a few nights ago. We mostly messed around with weird tricks. Hit alpine marius, nemerrsisss and smoke>barroque>string. I couldn't even follow his strings. They were insanely creative. He's a cool dude. You should go to boston and see him. oh yeah, I also hit toe near rev swirling blender>gyro clip.

Went to a red sox game last night. They did not play well. Toronto hit a home run off the very first pitch of the game. Afterwards I played with hogan, bowler, and tristan (sp?). I was struggling. Mostly did bops smears and blurs. Did manage alpine scorps first try. Tristan was going off with crazy dragon tricks. Hogan hit every set ever invented including something like quantum opp illusion>toe flurry I believe. They're a fun group to shred with.

The Kris Kross station on pandora radio. check it out. Skee-Lo!!

Why are you in Boston? Sounds like fun times.

Just so you know, even though I almost never respond to texts, I do read them.

youre too kind. not everyone that comes to boston and/or meets me (or goes to whiteys....theo says he misses you lawl) leaves with that impression so that says something good about you as well haha. yeah the sox are total garbage this season....really since a month before the end of last season. but everyone that comes to boston should see fenway...for some unknown reason.

Ken: My sister has lived there for 9 years. I blow her off every year for a visit so it was time to make one happen.

Saw the Dark Knight Rises yesterday. It was fuckin awesome. I was very sceptical about having bane as a bad guy, but he was brutal.
What happened in Colorado was horrible, but 1 person shouldn't influence gun laws for 80 million registered gun owners. He's 0.0000000125% of registered users.

Giant run yesterday. Legs still feel great so going to shred with Jeremiah tonight and run again tomorrow morning.

Not going to beantown throwdown like the promo vid says  but everyone will have fun.

edit: Only in montana

i may have fractured my tailbone. Instead of safely going around a spillway while floating the river, I decided I wanted a rush and went straight down the middle where I was thrown into a boulder tailbone first. It has slowly been getting more and more painful as the days pass. Today I could feel it in every step I took on my walk to work

Buy the new FOOTBAG HITS! album

with tracks such as:
-Gotye- "Footbag that I used to sew"
-Carly Rae Jepson- "Stall Me Maybe"
-Salt 'n' Peppa- "Let's talk about dex"
-Far East Movement- "Like a G6"

Boom Boom Booooom!

edit: This guy I grew up playing hockey with (Sam Schultz) is competing in the Olympics for mountain biking. Pretty wild stuff!

Just went through the first 40 pages of this blog. It's great to go through all the old memories... even though I pretty much just whined for the first 10 pages.

Some stuff that made me laugh:

jun 25, 2005- new six: ducking pdx blender (have no idea how I did it. was trying pdx blender cause i've never hit it and couldn't hit it, so i threw in a duck for shits and giggles and hit it cleanly)

aug 30 2005- it's the second day of school and I ate complete shit down a flight of stairs right at the end of a lecture, crashed on my bike, tripped and fell on the sidewalk, smashed my knee into a chair, and spilled salsa all over myself. but it didn't phase me 8)

aug 30 2005- some homeless guy appeared in my kitchen tonight and started to freestyle. He then tried to sneak into the area where our rooms are and I had to kick him out

sep 4 2005- somehow on my drunken walk home I'd managed to accumulate two flower pots, had a talk with an officer about whether they were mine or not and why I was walking down the street at four in the morning with them (i convinced him i was babysitting the plants), a mexican blanket, a throwing star, two unscratched cds that were laying in the road, and a pair of skate shoes I found in an alley that are my exact size. a girl almost kicked the shit out of me (was entirely my own fault), and I did ridiculous amounts of dancing with as many girls as I could.

sep 6 2005- I punched a bike

oct 9 2005- preface: i live in the basement of a house- so, a crazy night happened last week that i don't think i talked about. I was chilling with a girl drinking a twelver of pilsner urquell and i went upstairs to scare my roomate when he got out of the bathroom. but some random girl walked out instead. I asked her who she was and what she was doing in my house and she started freaking out about cops. that chapped my rear. the last thing i need is cops hanging around the premesis (rhymes with nemesis). i guess the people that live upstairs were throwing a party and cops came because of noise complaints, and all the freshman ran. i told her that she needed to leave and opened the door to our entryway to find a girl ducking down in there after immediately locking the door. i look over her shoulder and see that she locked out my roomate and he couldn't get back in. i looked over his shoulder and saw legs dangling from the roof. girls were actually jumping off of the roof onto our garage and down to the ground the two girls refused to leave but I eventually got them all to leave by going downstairs and playing some super creepy music.

jan 11 2006: i think my moms going through a mid life-crisis. I went to her house for a reading session and found her on the computer watching the new eminem video and bobbing her head to it. she then went to another video of some gangsta rappers or something w/ lots of hoes and bros and schnos and she did the same thing.

feb 1 2006: I'm soooo bored. how bored you ask? so bored that i'm about to put in the godzilla remake with matthew broderick. one of the worst movies made.

oct 26 2006: thought I failed my child development test b/c I guessed on over half the answers. I got it back yesterday and got a 98%

dec 20 2006: keep getting spam mail from a tarot card website. today's mail read: "Venus is tickling Uranus... Expect some surprises"

jan 17 2007 i've taken about five or six massive dumps in the past few months that have set new personal bests for quantity and even size. last one had about 4/5 of it protruding out of the water

feb 6 2007 have another mustache growing. my family violence class, which is 95% girls, will definitely be creeped out

april 11 2007- James randall: Unless a girl comes up and starts licking all up on my balls and calls me daddy duke, fuck em.

brian fournier posted a lot

I said phat a lot
