Toe Set Ducking.

What are your opinions on toe set Ducking? It's WAY easier for me than Clipper set Ducking, but I feel like it doesn't have that same "wow" factor. Only recently have I accepted that toe Ducking will help with my Ducking overall, but I don't feel like I'd use it other than for practice. I don't know, I am self-conscious of my style of play, which is probably the main reason I think this way. Or it could be that I never really see toe Ducking, unless it's a Pixie or Fairy set. I'm whack, yes, but what are your thoughts?

Watch some Erik Chan footage. I love his ducking legovers and other stuff. You don't see toe ducking too often, but that is in no way an indication you shouldn't do it!

My feeling about toe ducking is that it's a surprising element, due to the fact that no one use it...
It totally depend of the link.
eg : far mirage to toe ducking clipper doesn't look so great to me.
But then, stepping far illusion to toe ducking far pick up is a great surprise midstring in my opinion.
And i feel like most of the trick are like that... It doesn't depend of the trick itself (execpt for very unique and special trick), but more about the context in wich you put the trick.

Tony: I actually just watched that video earlier while I was perusing his blog, and actually seeing it in action makes me think I'm just being a wiener or something. Thanks, going to have to incorporate it more!

Mathieu: I totally get what you are saying, I discovered that with my ATW's and Orbit's. Just glad to know that I'm just trippin' about it, cause I love my toes.
