Nice. it'd be nasty to put it all together.

Here's a shred30 from Henmo...not from comp:

Henmo again. Says one shot, but dunno if it's an SB one shot or what. But man, he's killing it lately!

Probably not a hard BSOS for a lot of people, but I was surprised to hit this:

I'm loving my return to footbag right now. I've been away long enough to lose any notion of my previous stompy, shuffle-ridden style. It's taking a lot more creativity to link together any form of a run. So I completely forgot what this set is called. I'll try to describe it, but I doubt it will make sense...With your right foot planted, you raise your left leg over your right and toe set from the planted foot. It'd be similar looking to a plain old clipper, but it's a rooted toe set. I'm going to just call it "Rooted" and hope someone nicely corrects me.

Smoke > Spinning Legover > Zoid Same Eggbeater > (repeat)
Clipper set Legover > Zoid Whirl > (repeat)

[Edit: Zoid set!!! Thanks Ken]

In case it was unclear, the above post was with two footbags throughout.

Today I hit a cute drill: barfly-motion repeat. Felt stylish.

EDIT: got it on video next session:

Nice links, Ken.

Today, I hit something I was pretty pleased with:

 Swirling Legover> Double Over Down

That felt so great.

*sniff sniff* Can you smell a cool drill in the near future? That'd be sick.

As for me, today I (atom) smashed my old personal record, which had been around 5 before.

Inspired by Anz's recent vid, I tried the sidewalk drill. Couldn't hit it flipside, but had fun doing this on strong:

Nice Ken. It's a good drill to practice. Stepping out of Drifter and Double Down and Whirl, timing, balance, set control.
