Rain City Shred Chronicles: The VHS Tapes

Well, this is the end. The last video of this VHS series. This turned out to be a great road map of RCS history and a cross section of almost every era of RCS footbag since I started playing. There will still be plenty of future RCS Chronicles, these were just the sessions I taped over and I recorded on VHS. I still have many tapes to go through.
During this time I've started working out and you see that I am a little stronger and starting to fill out my scrawny frame. This has been a great addition to my game, knowing I have trained so hard in and outside of footbag. I highly recommend cross training for all footbag players. It has helped my game immensely.
In this video you see some attempts on dream moves. I'm very inspired in this video to go back and get shooting flurry. I'll be putting lots of attempts on that this winter. This era was really frustrating, in this video and the last video you see I am one link away from either 3-4 more fearless or a decent string. I keep dropping on critical moves.
It's also very apt that this series end with me doing exemplary shooting moves. In this video you see matador>ripped warrior and shooting down>ripped warrior. The nuclear and shooting look almost identical. Shooting is a concept I have always defended and tried to show how it is done correctly.
In this video I am still playing to the outside of my knees. One of the worst form mistakes, and this is ~9 years into playing. It's been the biggest and hardest thing I have accomplished in my form and I have Ianek to thank. THANK YOU!
I have 3 more videos before I hang my hat up for the year. The Greencup footage, Mathias, and a video from this summer of my current level which will be the grand finale of chronicling my progression in footbag.
I hope this series inspires everyone to play hard, and never give up improving their form and reaching for their goals...Never Give Up.
