since i had a tendon tore in my knee, my flip side in general was almost no more. Last night was the first time trying out filp side stepping since my knee has got better.

talked to jay after the pa jam and he gave me some tips on progressing more. Said for me to do 8 sessions of drilling and then 3 sessions of shred... so I started small and this is what I decided to drill first wave.
drilling
butter, ss butter, infinity (bs,bsos)
whirl, t.whirl, t.ss whirl, pdx whirl (bs, bsos)
drifter- t.drifter, t. ss drifter, pdx drifter (bs,bsos)
stepping leg, schmoe, blur, ss mirage, bizzard, ss illusion (bs,bsos)

im on my 6th day of drilling and I can tell a big difference.lol here is some drills that ive hit and started doing

whirl-drifter rpt
butter-(all stepping) bs now and some bsos. my flip stepping is coming very nicely
whirl-ducking clipper rpt
working on butter-schmoe-ss t.whirl-pdxm-t.drifter bs

hit vortex again. instead of 20 tries I did it in 3

Nice job on the drills dude. Jay is smart. Listen to him and you will achieve. Also, nice job on Vortex. Stay away from it for a while, then eventually drill Gyro Clipper and Drifter and you'll laugh at how easy Vortex will be

last week i decided to change up my footbag training session.
Monday (foundation moves) ex.. whirls,swirls,drifters,dlo,mixer,paradons

Tuesday (ducking) :ducking clippers,diving clippers,ducking infinity,ducking butters. I drill the ones that im good at so... du.mirage-div. ss mirage rpt,du.mirage-du.leg rpt, du. clipper-div. clipper rpt and du.butter-dpdxm rpt. Then at the end of the session i go for new ducking moves

Wensday(atomic) : eggplants, atoms, atomic ss mirage, atomic ss leg, atomic butters. Drills that im starting to do is atomic ss mirage-atom rpt, atom b2b, eggplant- atomic ss leg, legbeater-blur

Thursday ( spinning) spinning clippers, gyro clippers,spinning legovers, spinning osis, gyro mirages. Drill so far for this is spin clipper rpt,gyro clipper rpt
Friday (Pixie) pixie illusion and ss illusion,pixie whirl, dimmiest. Drills are dim-dpdxm rpt, pixie pickup b2b, magellan-plo rpt,smear-plo rpt,smear-whirlswirl-pdxm rpt.

Weekend (drill the shit out of everything you can)
