Post by slavgan »

Hello everyone.
The weekend passed, with a great footbag event - Todexon 14!

Here are the final 8 routines, exept of Alex Trenner. Unfortunately my camera died :(.
I will post award ceremony and sidelines later.

Enjoy!

I've only watched Milan and Honza so far and I guess I'm going to be "that guy," which isn't anything unusual I guess, but, when did we start accepting using other peoples routine music? I totally understand using any routine music outside of competitions and I often do so myself, but I would never use a song someone else used in competition for my own routine. I believe Milans was used by Damien (knee bumps and all) and Dan Ednie used the song Honza used first with the same double around the world que.
Remixes and edits are fair game, but to use the exact same song with similar ques seems like plagiarism to me. Maybe this has been happening and I only notice because these guys are at the apex of our sport.
Just my initial thoughts.

WOW, these are all amazing and really impressive. Jindra, with a few more big moves, a six and a couple 5's you could have been a serious contender. Also, I LOVE that no one clapped when a player dropped. Finally, some respect for the concentration and focus over the entirety that is a complete choreographed routine. Definitely made the routines seem better and drops less significant. Props all around!
