Whats the best shoes for shredding? For newbs, for pros, for toes, for clippers, all around solid??

It really depends on how thick the fabric is on the toe toe and inside of those Nike GTS'
Might be possible to remove inner or outer layer to make them thinner (as people do with Lavers)
Answering your first question I think the clipper surface is better on Lavers but the toe is better on Quantums.
The sole of the Quantums is a whole other discussion..

I agree. The clipper zone can be altered on most shoes to make them shred worthy. I did it some years back to a pair of DC's. Its the toe box that I am concerned with as well. By the images I have found it looks similar to the Lavers. The Nucleus shoe looks like it has all of the angles covered. You know much about them?
Also can you get lavers in a wide model. If so would that possibly have a bigger toe box? I have not seen a wide model...
I noticed Climas were popular for a time, back when people were testing units. I was looking into some Clima like models. Any thoughts on the following 3?

G-units and Quantums are quite hard to get these days.
Nucleus have a terrible inside - in fact there's a good chance whatever shoes you wear outside of footbag are better.
Climas are good, although I'm not sure about availability, but require extensive modding (which is hard to get right for new players).
Therefore Lavers are the best. I wouldn't worry about getting the wide model unless you have wide feet, the toe box size is fine.
Edit; I don't think any of those three look particularly good. The first have a dip in the important part of the inside, so they're definitely out. The others have poor toe. The advantage of Lavers/G-Units/Nucleus/Quantums is that you can cut the stitching from the sides of the shoe to the toe, and not have the tongue pulled up, and you get a flat or even cupped "toe box". It doesn't look like you could do that with those three. I'm sure you could play footbag in them, but not as well as the good shoes.

Adidas Rod Lavers ( Tennis ) : For Comparison
Penguin Rave ( Casual ) :
After hours of searching, I think the Penguin and Ashworth come close. But not sure if either have what it takes to match the qualifications of the Laver's.

The Ashworth looks heavy and what's with the spikes, do you wanna play on grass?
The other one looks pretty decent from that photo. Inside surface is much smaller though.

Adidas switched to a cheap plastic sole compared to there old rubber right? Just seemed like an alternative was needed.

I just got a pair of the Black / Red New Balance Pro Courts in the mail yesterday.
They have a thin sole. I took the N's off and modded the toe box just for kicks. They look the part but still not Lavers...
