still on the road to back in shape

today I hit a nasty combo, still in the rev swirl mood

scorpions tail - far rev symple swirl, felt reallll good :D

forgot the rest, still need to regain precision but I can hit almost every trick I used to, I lacked practice on atomic and quantum for now, but for the rest everything is getting back in place surely :)

been having sess's regularly lately

today I hit 2 nice things, flip blurry whirl midstring, first time ever!

gyro whirl- blurry whirl :D

and someone asked me to show my routine, droped once on the last trick only, I still need to work the 2nd half, I got the cues but not everything planned, first half is pretty much set in stone :)

hit my routine dropless once a day in the past 2 days, but that's nowhere close enough, need to keep training hard!

Good news is I rarely drop more then twice, and I havent rested my body in a while, that should help too :)

I try to shred a lot less and put more time in my routine, I'd really like to go dropless at least once in a lifetime!

Cool trick! Best of luck with a dropless routine, particularly at worlds. Not an easy task.

even tough I worked so hard on my routine, it was'nt enough, I had 8 drops or so, I think it's my worst performance ever dropwise :(

Altough I think I put a good show, I think I will keep this routine and work on it to perfect it, I really like it and think it deserves a good performance once!

well after worlds was over my left knee felt really bad since I played so much

good news, I kept playing over it and it feels good now!

I've been trying to hit step ss buyer rev swirl, so hard, but footed a couple attempts so far :)

also footed pixie op but rev swirl

hit pixie ss buter rev swirl, was tricky but once I hit it I got it 3 times in a row to hand catch

still footbag pumped after worlds, feels good since my play time has been on and off for the last years, and this time it wasn't just because of worlds since I still want to play!

I call far rev simple swirl - for serious. I love that move, I feel like it should be the new ps whirl. Nice job on the rpt combo.

first real session today in a while, been busy again with life,, getting divorced again, for good this time, sucks but thats life and not everything ends up working the way you want

after 40 mins i had to stop the session tonight, i was super pumped and this got me down :(
the park closed the lights in the tennis court! nooooo!

At least I hit a trick that I was hunting for a while: flip clipper set near dbl switch! felt pretty happy on that one!

another busy month ahead, but I'll try to play when I can!

Sorry to hear about the life troubles.. I hope it all works out for the best. Footbag can be really good for clearing your mind through stuff like this. Good luck Big Papa Smurf.

thanks for the comments Jay :)

today I had a lot of luck, a small sess wit Hanna during my lunch break! Since I was working in town today

Was a lot of fun to see her again and chat while playing.

I had a very nice run with boss infinity rev swirl sealed with 20+ contacts including a spinning reaper somewhere in there felt soooo good.

Had another session tonight in the dark in Joliette downtown, jedi style, had a lot of long runs with easy tricks, was a lot of fun but got cold and too dark!

The next month will be a challenging one until my Ex moves away, but I'll try to footbag when I can!

It says video removed by user when I click the link. I was really hoping to see some footage of you hitting some butter rev swirls. I hope things are improving in your personal life and you are starting to feel a bit stable in this massive transition time.
