Wow so many things happening in life, the number of unfortunate event has been outrageous and horrible news in the process as well. Divorce, death of mother in law, problems in my home to name a few..., footbag had to take a down moment, again, but tonight is the turning point in my life, I think... :)

Great session, used my Jorden team canada shorts for inspiration, hit some stuff, got my first juggling with 2 bags toe - toe - toe - clipper - toe - toe - toe with NO pause, sealed too ! :)

some other stuff, but mostly glad I can play on a regular basis again.

gooo footbag!

I miss playing with people so much already, need to find some regular partners!

I played at least 7 days in a row, lost count already

the streak will continue, my girl is with her mother for the next week, I miss her but on the plus side = more time for footbag

today I played only 30 minutes, had a lot of work on the house that I kept pushing forward, and I need rest tonight... but i got void bsos :D 2nd time ever, first time was in a MSJ at tam-tam

oooh tam tam, I miss you so much, we don't date often enough !

new stuff!
tomahawk-ripwalk (good set too !)

flip gyro eggbeater! took a lot of tries, but footed so many as well.

I have now played 30 mins or more in about 2-3 weeks every day, but I lost count of days!

the session every day streak continues!
the best official count I can recall now is 22 days in a row (could be more, but 22 is the minimum)

I think I did 1 month before, need to break this record!

today some new stuff:

flip spin osis - flip reaper (and bsos'd it too)
step ss mirage - toe blur, both sides

not many runs, lot of drilling, making my old video makes me realise how much my drifters lost efficiency, I need to recover them back from 2008!

Sick dude! I loved the Step Over> Toe Trade> Toe Spinning Osis link also, Motion Sickness> Spinning Reaper was deadly. Props man.

thanks for the kind words, but it was just motion sickness to reaper , spin reaper out of motion sickness would be deadly!

Today I hit a new drill for the first time, not too clean, but got to start somewhere!

31 days in a row!

yesterday was quite challenging for day 30.
#1 - I was super sore from a cross body fit at a gym I tried recently, all upper body (my weak spot) was so sore that footbag seemed impossible
#2 - I was working 8am to 8PM, then I had my christmas party from work, I ended up skipping lunch (30 minutes) and played footbag at work instead
Still managed to do some strings with some good stuff after warming up!

just finished today's sess, super close to mobius-inspinning clipper, I suck at inspin out of osis, seems easier out of clipper

today's session was mostly about hitting this damn combo, hit some cool stuff too that is not on video, the calendar video inspired me to hit pixie muted rake-ss drifter both sides, proved to be challenging at first, so stylish!

thanks Asmus!

day 33: work on steps

spin osis-ripwalk both sides
osis-blur both sides
barfly-ripwalk bsos (new on flip I think)
dyno-ripwalk both sides

I need to focus more on osis stall ending and steps are becoming MUCH easier out of osis!

and,, 36 days in a row!

tonight I was greatly inspired by Joulu Jupe 3.0

Juho's flawless execution on grifters made me mad about never hitting regular grifter and only pdx in the past, well I hit both tonight, was hard but it's a start!

Some new combos and one big trick also thanks to super Marjo
