Mike: Thanks for the words man. I've been excited about my game lately. I'm stoked to shred with you again. And I suggested that Nick hit you up to kick sometime soon.
So today, a fun little jammy went down in Bluebell. Attendees (ABC order): Corey Gerges, Ivan Iakimenko, Jeremy Mellor, Kat Cryan, Nick Pasquarello, Nick Polini, Ryan Morris...
I think everyone had a sweet session and/or hit some new tricks/links.. I played my best I've ever played (string-wise). I got full circle props on almost every string, and it was all stuff that I considered prop-worthy for me. Minus one short string with some shuffle and a Pdx Blender, which Ryan tried giving me props on

Nothing special, but it was toward the end and I was spent. Nice gesture, regardless. I hate waving props away when I don't think the run was good enough :/ I've been trying to get better with that. Anyway, my strings felt Gatesman-esque. Dense Alpine Stepping and Alpine Atomic. Alpine Stepping was all-of-the-sudden a BIG bail. Alpine Atomic was also so ON today. On both sides. Insane. And on top of that, Alpine Pixie was illin' it today too.
Highlights:

New tricks: Atomic Muted Rake bs

Assassin BSOS

New trick: Royal Assassin (flipside could have been hit, but I know I'm not ready for it yet.

Smoke BSOS (tried to sauce it on my birthday this year (May 24) but couldn't hit it. Finally nailed it and they both got a good bit easier)

Ripstein> Vortex> good run

Double Switchover> Butterfly Swirl> Hand catch> Other side.

Midstring Zigzag

Sick run ending with Spinning Whirl> Whirlwind

Double Switchover> Toe Symp Whirl

Stepping ss Swirl bs (super rare on each side, felt easy on string side)

Sick run with Inspinning Osis BSOS

Blurry Muted Blink> Legbeater> good string

As I said, Alpine Stepping and Alpine Atomic were spot-on today and felt bail-y.

Gyro Reverse Swirl BSOS in a sick run

Jackknife BSOS

Skullsmasher bs

Easily hit some Ripped Warriors BSOS and Spike Hammers BSOS

Blur> Phoenix bs

Ripped Warrior b2b> awesome string

Rubberman> Blendrop

Barfly BSOS

Had a run where I hit 2 Alpine Legbeaters (on the same side :/) but one of them was to a Blur

Just had a ton of cool runs in general, almost all of them were around a dense 20 or several not as dense in the 30's. Also, I did break out some unusual stuff. Had one run with some Alpine Stepping and some Whirling Cloud Kick> Infinity and Gyro Cloud> Swirl.

Ender: Vortex> Blurry Whirl bs
I was really feeling a sort of "future BAP" vibe from today's session. I've been feeling it lately, but not as strongly as I felt it today. I had so much variety today too. So that was really great to feel.
And in other news, I was watching tv with my parents and making fun of my mom's Christmas special (one of those corny drama ones on lifetime and whatnot) because they all have the same plots with different characters and then she said this and my dad and I started cracking up:
"Don't be the stupid stickler that will be the one that will be the scrooge"
Playing with Clavens and the rest of our crew and Bethlehem crew and maybe Jon Schneider on Friday. Fucking stoked.
