Before starting repitition practice of infinities I thought of an infinity as a clipper to op butterfly.
From point to point.
Then I tried high reps of infins and gyro clippers...
the finish of the infinity was the first half of the next infinity! That part of the game is left out
when just practicing one infinity or a dozen or so. I think this might be the stage in 3 ball cascade
where you realize the 3rd throw actually is the start of the next rep - not the end of the first.
I think it really helps my game
when I can get into that feeling.
Another one I do is instead of focusing my senses on the bag I switch it to everything but the bag. And after that you can do both bag and background. And I've tried only bakcground, which I remember made posture realy easy.I do this when I juggle, and pass, and try hands and feet stuff.
I've been working on crank based shred - recently started keeping my crank from follow thru all the way til the next landingclipper or butterfly or whatver. I used to open my ankle. The more things moving the more can go wrong. When I do this it increases awareness of how the legs work together. This makes both legs feel connected. More inner leg muscles are being used which kindof connect into an arc. I drew a picture.
Alright random thoughts done.
Felt good to write.
